7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.
9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.
Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.
Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Even though Sea Hunt stopped producing the 200 T-Top, Perfect Fit keeps the original hull pattern on file and continues to manufacture custom-fitted T-top mooring covers for every 200 still in service. You order the same way as any current model — choose your fabric, select your options, and we build the cover to the 200's exact dimensions.
The 200's relatively light dry weight of approximately 1,700 pounds means the hull can shift more on a trailer during transport. Our cover uses adjustable tension straps and quick-release buckles that cinch tightly around the 8-foot beam, plus a reinforced trailer-tie-down system that keeps the fabric secure even when the hull flexes slightly under towing loads.
Absolutely. The cover is patterned to drape past the transom and hang loosely over outboard engines up to the 200's maximum 150-horsepower rating. The engine section is a roomy, baggy pouch — not a tight boot — so it accommodates common setups like a Yamaha F150 or Mercury 150 without straining seams or snaps.
The 200's moderate 16-degree deadrise produces a hull shape that flares outward fairly gradually from the keel to the gunwale. Our pattern accounts for this flare so the fabric drapes evenly down both sides, maintaining roughly 85–90 percent hull coverage all the way to trailer-tire level without bunching at the chines or gapping near the waterline.
Yes. The cover is designed for trailering, which matters especially for a 20-footer that gets trailered frequently. Reinforced hem webbing, stainless snaps, and under-hull straps lock the fabric down so it resists wind buffeting at highway speeds. The 200's compact profile and 8-foot beam actually make it one of the easier Sea Hunt models to trailer with the cover on because there is less surface area for wind to catch.
The cover itself does not contact the fuel system — the tank sits below the deck. However, by sealing the cockpit from rain, UV, and moisture, the cover prevents water intrusion around deck fittings and fuel fill caps that can lead to contamination in the 200's 45-gallon tank. For long-term layup, keeping the cover on is one of the simplest ways to protect the entire fuel delivery path.
Common add-ons like rod holders, antennas, and small electronics boxes generally fit under the cover without modification because we build extra ease into the fabric around the T-top frame. If you have oversized additions like large radar pods or outrigger mounts, let us know during ordering and we can adjust the pattern. Since the 200's T-top is a compact frame, most aftermarket accessories are small enough to clear the fabric.
A T-top mooring cover is a one-piece fabric enclosure that attaches to the underside edges of your boat's T-top frame and drapes down over the entire vessel — bow to stern, gunwale to gunwale, including the outboard engine. Unlike a generic flat boat cover that sits on top of the hull and needs a pole or support frame, the T-top cover uses the existing T-top structure as its ridge pole, creating a tent-like shape that sheds rain naturally and eliminates pooling.
The 9 oz WeatherMAX marine canvas is our most popular choice — it is a solution-dyed polyester that blocks UV while staying breathable enough to prevent mildew in the 200's enclosed cockpit area. Sunbrella Marine Grade is an acrylic canvas with exceptional long-term colorfastness and abrasion resistance, making it a strong choice if your 200 lives outdoors year-round in intense sun. Both fabrics come in Navy, Black, and Charcoal.
Select the Sea Hunt 200 T-Top from our product page, choose your preferred fabric and color, and add any options like aft support bars or bow storage configurations. We build the cover to the 200's factory hull dimensions — no measuring or templating required on your end. Typical turnaround is a few weeks, and the cover ships directly to your door ready to install.
The Sea Hunt 200 is a 20-foot center console built on a V-hull with 16 degrees of deadrise, an 8-foot beam, and approximately 1,700 pounds of dry weight. Designed for a single outboard engine with a maximum rating of 150 horsepower and carrying 45 gallons of fuel, the 200 T-Top delivered lightweight inshore and nearshore fishing performance in a trailerable package. Sea Hunt has discontinued this model, but Perfect Fit continues to manufacture custom covers for every 200 T-Top still on the water.
Our custom-fitted T-top mooring cover wraps the entire 200 as one continuous piece of marine-grade fabric from the T-top roof down past the gunwales, over the bow, and back across the engine cowling. There is no separate engine boot or multi-piece assembly—just one tailored cover engineered to the hull’s exact dimensions for a smooth, snag-free fit that sheds water and resists pooling.
Discontinued Model, Full Protection
Perfect Fit offers two fabric options for the 200 T-top cover. WeatherMAX 80 is a 9.2-ounce solution-dyed polyester that resists UV breakdown and water penetration while remaining breathable enough to prevent mildew underneath. Sunbrella Marine Grade is an acrylic canvas trusted across the marine industry for long-term colorfastness and abrasion resistance. Both fabrics are available in Navy, Black, and Charcoal to complement the 200’s compact fishing profile.
Secure Fit for a Lightweight V-Hull
Installing the 200 T-top cover is a straightforward two-person job that takes roughly 10 minutes. Adjustable straps and quick-release buckles cinch the fabric around the T-top frame, bow rail, and transom while tension panels eliminate slack across the beam. The cover tapers naturally around the outboard cowling without requiring a separate boot, and a reinforced trailer-tie-down system keeps everything locked in place during towing. All attachment hardware is marine-grade stainless steel or composite to resist salt air corrosion.
Built for the Sea Hunt Legacy
Whether the 200 sits on a trailer between fishing trips or stays on a lift at your home dock, this cover keeps sun, rain, pollen, and bird droppings off every surface from the T-top roof to the waterline. Explore our T-top boat cover collection to find protection for every style of T-top boat, or compare our Sea Hunt 207 T-Top cover for a slightly larger platform and our Sea Hunt 202 T-Top cover for another compact Sea Hunt option.
