Return Policy
If a purchase from Perfect Fit Boat Covers LLC doesn’t satisfy you, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund within 15 days of picking it up or receiving it — except for custom items such as T-Top Boat Covers, Center Console Boat Covers, Harbor Shades, and Ultimate Boat Shade Kits. Custom items are subject to a restocking fee (see the Restocking Fee section below). Unless the error was ours, the cost of return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility. We recommend insuring any return in case the carrier loses it.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before sending anything back, the purchaser must contact Perfect Fit Boat Covers LLC to obtain authorization. The RMA number we issue must appear on, or be included inside, the returned package. No return will be accepted without this number.

Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to all custom-made items from Perfect Fit Boat Covers LLC, such as T-Top Boat Covers, Center Console Boat Covers, and Ultimate Boat Shade Kits. Any non-custom item returned within 15 days of purchase is exempt from the restocking fee.
Product Condition
A product that arrives dirty for repair or warranty may be subject to a handling fee. A product that arrives dirty for return or exchange may be refused, may not receive a full refund, or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
Our production team works hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Contact our shop for the current lead time and to check on the status of your order.
Carriers
UPS is our primary carrier; we can also ship by USPS, FedEx, or DHL on request.
Order Tracking
When the carrier provides a tracking number, we’ll add it to your order. Note that some orders sent by USPS First Class mail will not have a tracking number.
Shipping Rates
What you’re charged for shipping depends on the weight of your products and your location. The shipping cost is shown to you before the final checkout page, so you can choose not to place the order if you’d prefer. For international rates, please contact Perfect Fit Boat Covers directly.
Back Orders
If an item is back-ordered, we’ll ship the in-stock portion of your order first and send the rest once the item is available. There’s no additional shipping or handling charge for that second shipment.
Privacy Policy
This section explains how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and use every measure to protect it.
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect only the information we need to handle your order, which includes your:

- Shipping Address
- Email Address
- Credit Card Information
We also record your IP address, browser type, and referring-URL data. We use that to guard against hacking attempts, to understand which web browsers people use, and to see where our visitors come from so we can improve our marketing.
How Is My Information Used?
Your information is used only to fill your order. We do not sell or share your information with ANYONE.
Security and Storage
Only your billing, shipping, and order contents are stored on our server, and that information is encrypted with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) before it travels over the web server. We do not store your credit card data.
Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files kept on your computer that let us recognize you on a return visit or hold your shopping-cart contents. We use them only for that purpose.
