7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.
9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.
Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.
Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Cape Horn 21 T-Top cover is available in 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric (rated 5-7 years) or premium Sunbrella acrylic (rated 8-10 years). Both are water-repellent, UV-resistant, and mildew-resistant. The 9oz fabric comes in Navy or Black; Sunbrella offers an expanded color selection.
Yes. The cover is pattern-cut with reinforced cutouts that wrap around the T-Top legs and center console. The hardtop remains exposed while the hull below is fully covered from the rubrail up, ensuring a clean fit with no binding or chafing against the frame.
Most owners install the Cape Horn 21 cover solo in under 5 minutes. Drape the cover over the hull, align the reinforced cutouts around the T-Top legs, secure the hem cord along the rubrail, and buckle the adjustable tie-down straps. No tools required.
No — please remove the cover before towing your Cape Horn 21. Our covers are not designed to be trailered: towing with the cover on can cause severe damage to the cover and voids the warranty. The cover is designed for storage only — on a trailer, boat lift, dry stack, or jet dock — and comes off in minutes at the ramp.
Absolutely. The cover creates a complete barrier over the cockpit, console, helm electronics, leaning post, and all upholstery. Water-repellent fabric with breathable construction prevents moisture buildup that can damage screens, gauges, and vinyl.
Your Cape Horn 21 cover is backed by our manufacturer's warranty for the original purchaser. Materials and workmanship — stitching, straps, buckles, zippers, and other hardware — are covered for 1 year from the purchase date. Fabric is covered for 3 years on 7oz, 5 years on black or navy 9oz, and 6 years on Sunbrella. Covered defects are repaired or replaced after you contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The warranty does not cover improper use, accident or negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper care, mold or mildew, incorrectly placed orders, theft or loss, or acts of God — and traveling with the cover on or using it in the water voids the warranty. See our Warranty page for full details.
The cover is water-resistant with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish that sheds rain and spray while remaining breathable. This prevents trapped moisture from causing mildew or damaging your Cape Horn 21's gel coat and interior surfaces.
Yes. The cover is custom-fitted to the Cape Horn 21's layout, including the rod holder positions and any standard gunwale-mounted accessories. The pattern accounts for the boat's specific deck hardware so the fabric lays flat without snagging.
Yes, the cover is designed to fit all Cape Horn 21 model years equipped with a factory T-Top during standard production. If your boat has aftermarket modifications that significantly change the profile, contact us for a fit check.

Cape Horn 21 T-Top Boat Cover — Compact Offshore Heritage in a Trailerable Package
The Cape Horn 21 packs serious offshore DNA into a 21-foot hull with an 8’6″ beam, foam-filled unsinkable construction, and 129 gallons of fuel — enough to push well beyond sight of land on a single 300 HP outboard. Built by the Fabbro family in Milton, Florida, the 21 earns its reputation on snapper reefs and nearshore wrecks from the Keys to the Carolinas. A custom-fitted T-Top boat cover keeps every inch of this hull protected between trips, shielding the console, leaning post upholstery, and helm electronics from UV degradation, salt corrosion, and seasonal storms. Pair the cover with a boat shade kit and you’ve got full sun and weather protection on the water and off.
Pattern-Cut to the 21’s No-Nonsense Fishing Layout
This cover is pattern-cut to the Cape Horn 21’s specific dimensions, wrapping beneath the T-Top hardtop while leaving the fiberglass roof exposed. Reinforced cutouts accommodate the T-Top legs, and the cover drapes cleanly over the center console, leaning post, and rod holders without snagging or pooling. Installation takes one person under five minutes — drape the cover from bow to stern, secure the hem cord at the rubrail, and buckle the adjustable tie-down straps. The 21’s 18-inch draft means you’re launching from shallow ramps all season, and the cover goes on and off just as fast. Remove the cover before towing — it’s designed for storage, not travel. For owners who need a slightly larger cockpit with the same family-built toughness, the Cape Horn 22 T-Top boat cover delivers the same precision-fit protection.
Cover Protection That Matches Cape Horn’s Lifetime Transom Warranty
Cape Horn backs every hull with a 10-year warranty and a lifetime transom guarantee — your cover should hold up just as well. Choose 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric rated for 5-7 years of UV and weather resistance, or upgrade to premium Sunbrella acrylic for 8-10 years of protection. Both options are water-repellent, mildew-resistant, and breathable to prevent trapped moisture from damaging gel coat and upholstery underneath. Double-stitched seams and reinforced stress points handle wind loading during long-term storage. Every cover is backed by our warranty (1 year on materials and workmanship, plus 3–6 years on the fabric) and ships for a $30 flat rate. For anglers who fish bigger water on twin power, the Cape Horn 27 XS T-Top cover delivers 600 HP capability with the same custom-fitted engineering.
