2. Products and Custom Orders
Most of our products are made to order and custom-manufactured to fit a specific boat make, model, and year. Because these items are produced specifically for you, please confirm your boat’s make, model, year, and configuration carefully before ordering. Orders placed with incorrect information may not qualify for return or refund. Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual fabric due to monitor settings and natural variations in materials. We reserve the right to make changes to designs, specifications, materials, and fabric without notice as products are improved.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time the order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing. We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after an order has been submitted.
4. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, ordering errors, or product availability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping terms, lead times, and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Production lead times for custom items are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with order volume. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns, exchanges, restocking fees, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Custom-made items are non-returnable except as described in that policy.
7. Warranty
