Yes — the cover is custom-patterned with reinforced cutouts that wrap precisely around the 180 C's factory T-Top support legs. The fabric attaches at the underside edge of the T-Top hardtop, then drapes down around the support posts and extends to the hull's chine. The hardtop remains fully exposed on top while everything below — console, leaning post, cockpit, and hull sides — is enclosed. Reinforced binding at each cutout prevents fraying where fabric meets the T-Top legs.
Installation takes under five minutes solo. Drape the cover over the T-Top frame from the hardtop attachment points, letting the fabric fall naturally around the support legs. Pull forward to the bow and aft to the transom, then down each side. Secure the hem cord along the rub rail and fasten the adjustable tie-down straps underneath. The 180 C's compact 18-foot length makes this one of the quickest covers to install in our catalog.
No — please remove the cover before towing your Pursuit 180 (C). Our covers are not designed to be trailered: towing with the cover on can cause severe damage to the cover and voids the warranty. The cover is designed for storage only — on a trailer, boat lift, dry stack, or jet dock — and comes off in minutes at the ramp.
The cover creates a complete barrier over every exposed surface below the T-Top hardtop. The 180 C's helm electronics, fishfinder, leaning post, rod holders, and all cockpit upholstery are fully enclosed. Pursuit's vacuum-infused construction produces a premium gel coat and interior finish — UV rays, rain, salt spray, and bird droppings are completely blocked so those surfaces stay in showroom condition between trips.
Your Pursuit 180 (C) cover is backed by our manufacturer's warranty for the original purchaser. Materials and workmanship — stitching, straps, buckles, zippers, and other hardware — are covered for 1 year from the purchase date. Fabric is covered for 3 years on 7oz, 5 years on black or navy 9oz, and 6 years on Sunbrella. Covered defects are repaired or replaced after you contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The warranty does not cover improper use, accident or negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper care, mold or mildew, incorrectly placed orders, theft or loss, or acts of God — and traveling with the cover on or using it in the water voids the warranty. It is engineered to breathe rather than seal completely, because a fully waterproof cover would trap moisture underneath and promote mildew on the 180 C's upholstery and gel coat.
