Choose Your Cover Fabric

7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.

9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.

Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.

Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer two options for your Yellowfin 39 T-Top cover. The 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric provides excellent durability (5–7 years) at a great value, while Sunbrella acrylic is our premium choice with extended lifespan (8–10 years) and superior color retention. Both are UV-resistant, water-repellent, and mildew-resistant—built for the extreme demands of offshore tournament fishing.
Our Yellowfin 39 T-Top cover is custom-fitted to your boat’s exact dimensions and tournament layout. It wraps the entire hull below the hardtop while leaving your T-Top structure exposed. The cover accounts for your center console, leaning post, rod holders, livewells, fish boxes, and triple or quad outboard mounting points across the 39’s 11’6" beam.
Installation is fast and simple. You can cover your Yellowfin 39 in under five minutes solo using our adjustable strap-and-buckle system. Position the cover, align it to the rubrail, and secure the tie-down straps. No tools or special equipment needed—even on a 39’8" tournament platform.
Yes. The Yellowfin 39 T-Top cover is fully trailering-capable. The heavy-duty strap system keeps the cover secure during highway transport. Verify all tie-down straps are snug before each trip to maintain reliable performance.
Yes. The Yellowfin 39 T-Top cover is designed to accommodate both triple and quad outboard configurations. The cover wraps the hull and allows the engine lower units to remain accessible below the fabric line at the stern.
Your Yellowfin 39 T-Top cover comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your cover develops seams that leak, fabric tears due to manufacturer defect, or stitching failures during normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge.
Yes. Both fabric options for your Yellowfin 39 cover are treated for water resistance and mildew resistance. The water-repellent surface sheds rain and salt spray, while the mildew treatment helps prevent fungal growth in humid storage—essential for a large offshore boat stored in coastal environments.
The Yellowfin 39 offers a significant step up in size, range, and capability over the 36. With a 39’8" LOA, 11’6" beam, quad outboard capability, and 500+ gallons of fuel, the 39 delivers more cockpit space, more range, and more fish-fighting capability. Our custom cover is built specifically for the 39’s larger dimensions.
We offer standard solution-dyed marine fabric in classic white and gray, both of which blend well with most hull colors and reflect sunlight. Premium Sunbrella options include white, gray, and select colors with superior fade resistance.
Your custom Yellowfin 39 T-Top cover ships rolled and compressed in a durable protective bag, typically within 5–7 business days. We ship via FedEx or UPS Ground to most U.S. locations. You’ll receive tracking information and an estimated delivery window when your cover ships.

Yellowfin 39 T-Top Boat Cover — Maximum Offshore Range, Maximum Protection

The Yellowfin 39 is built for anglers who measure their runs in hundreds of miles. With a 39’8″ overall length, 11’6″ beam, triple or quad outboard capability, and over 500 gallons of fuel, the 39 is one of the most formidable offshore center consoles available. Yellowfin’s signature sharp entry hull and variable deadrise deliver a dry, stable ride even in demanding seas, while the cavernous cockpit and tournament-grade systems make this a top choice for competitive bluewater teams. Your 39 is a major investment in offshore capability—protect it with a custom T-Top cover that shields the entire hull below the hardtop from UV degradation, salt corrosion, and environmental grime. Installation is fast and solo-friendly with our proven strap-and-buckle system. Browse the full Yellowfin boat cover lineup for protection across the entire fleet.

Tailored to the 39’s Tournament Layout

The Yellowfin 39 is a serious fishing machine: massive livewells, commercial-grade insulated fish boxes, extensive rod storage, a full tournament electronics suite, and a cockpit that handles the biggest fish in the toughest conditions. Your custom T-Top cover precisely fits the 39’s substantial footprint—accounting for the T-Top legs, center console, leaning post, rod holders, livewells, and triple or quad outboard transom layout across the 11’6″ beam. Installation takes under five minutes; position the cover, secure the adjustable tie-down straps to the rubrail hem cord, and you’re protected. The design maintains full trailering capability for teams who trailer between tournaments. For anglers seeking the absolute flagship of the Yellowfin lineup, the Yellowfin 42 T-Top cover delivers protection for the brand’s largest and most capable platform.

Protection That Matches Yellowfin Quality

A boat this capable deserves protection that won’t quit. We offer two proven fabric choices: our rugged 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric (5–7 year lifespan) or premium Sunbrella acrylic (8–10 years). Both are UV-resistant, water-repellent, and mildew-treated to withstand year-round coastal storage in the most demanding environments. Every cover features reinforced double-stitching throughout, protective hem cord at the rubrail, and adjustable tie-down straps designed for secure trailering at highway speeds. Your purchase includes our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. For anglers running smaller platforms in the Yellowfin fleet, the Yellowfin 23 T-Top cover delivers the same quality engineering for inshore tournament rigs.
