Custom Fit Boat Covers for Jones Brothers Marine

Our Jones Brothers boat covers are custom-patterned for your exact model — built for these classic, low-profile Carolina skiffs and center consoles. Jones Brothers Marine has built tough, seaworthy fishing boats in Morehead City, North Carolina since 1989 — the flat-bottom Bateau and the V-hull Cape Fisherman, favorites of East Coast light-tackle guides. Because a low-console Carolina skiff drapes very differently from a tall center console, a generic cover rarely fits right. Ours follows your boat’s exact lines. Every cover is made in the USA from marine-grade, water-repellent fabric.

Jones Brothers Boat Covers Features and Benefits

Custom Fit for Jones Brothers Models:

Every Jones Brothers cover is custom-patterned to your exact model — a flat-bottom Bateau or a V-hull Cape Fisherman, with or without a T-top — cut for the low console and sheer so it fits without flapping or pooling.

Premium Marine Fabric:

Built from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric, our covers stand up to the sun, salt, and humidity these skiffs run in — resisting fading, mildew, and cracking season after season.

All-Weather Protection:

On the trailer, at the dock, or in storage, your cover shields the console, gelcoat, and seating from UV, rain, dust, and bird droppings, keeping your Jones Brothers ready to fish and protecting its value.

Ease of Use:

Reinforced tie-downs and a snug, tailored cut keep the cover secure and quiet — even at highway tow speed or in a coastal breeze. Proudly custom-made in the USA.

About Jones Brothers Boats

Jones Brothers Marine has built classic Carolina fishing boats in Morehead City, North Carolina since 1989, when brothers Rob and Donnie Jones set out to build a tougher fiberglass replacement for the aluminum jon boats that failed in harsh saltwater. The result was the flat-bottom Bateau and the V-hull Cape Fisherman — low-profile, dry-riding, 100% composite boats prized by light-tackle guides. The lineup runs from the Bateau 17 to the Cape Fisherman 26, roughly 17 to 26 feet.

Why Protect Your Jones Brothers with a Custom Cover?

Saltwater fishing boats spend their downtime exposed to UV, salt air, rain, and pollen that fade gelcoat, stain seating, and wear on electronics. A properly fitted cover shields the console, deck, and rigging whether your Jones Brothers is on the trailer, at the slip, or in storage — helping preserve both its condition and its resale value.

Custom-Fit vs. Generic Covers

A universal cover sits loose, traps moisture, and flaps in the wind, chafing gelcoat and loosening fasteners at highway speed. Our Jones Brothers covers are custom-patterned to your specific model and year for a snug, tailored fit that sheds water and stays put.

Built for a Low-Profile Carolina Skiff

A Jones Brothers boat has a narrow beam, a low sheer, and a short console — so a generic, styled-to-fit cover drapes loose and ponds water. We pattern to your exact Bateau or Cape Fisherman model, including a T-top if your boat has one, for a snug fit on these classic skiffs — even older hulls the factory no longer makes a cover for.

Features of Our Jones Brothers Boat Covers

Each cover is crafted from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric chosen to handle sun, salt, and humidity without fading or cracking. Reinforced stitching, tailored seams, and secure tie-downs keep it snug and quiet, while a water-repellent finish helps rain and spray run off instead of soaking through.
