Our production team works diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review the details below, and contact us anytime for the status of your order or our current lead time.
Processing & Lead Time
Most of our products are custom-made to order for your specific boat. Current production lead time is approximately 1–3 weeks before your order ships, depending on order volume and product type. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Your order ships as soon as production is complete.
Shipping Cost
We offer $30 flat-rate shipping per order to the continental United States. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations, additional charges may apply — please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
Carriers
Our primary carrier is UPS; we can also ship via USPS or FedEx when requested. We select the carrier best suited to your order and destination.
Order Tracking
When a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will add it to your order so you can follow your shipment. Please note that some shipments sent by first-class mail may not include a tracking number.
Back Orders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order first. When the remaining item becomes available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping or handling charge.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not liable for items damaged, misplaced, or lost by the carrier during shipment. If your shipment arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
