No — please remove the cover before towing your Sea Hunt 20 (BXBR). Our covers are not designed to be trailered: towing with the cover on can cause severe damage to the cover and voids the warranty. The cover is designed for storage only — on a trailer, boat lift, dry stack, or jet dock — and comes off in minutes at the ramp.
Absolutely. The cover provides a complete barrier against UV rays, rain, salt spray, bird droppings, and debris — protecting your helm electronics, upholstery, and all cockpit components.
Your Sea Hunt 20 (BXBR) cover is backed by our manufacturer's warranty for the original purchaser. Materials and workmanship — stitching, straps, buckles, zippers, and other hardware — are covered for 1 year from the purchase date. Fabric is covered for 3 years on 7oz, 5 years on black or navy 9oz, and 6 years on Sunbrella. Covered defects are repaired or replaced after you contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The warranty does not cover improper use, accident or negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper care, mold or mildew, incorrectly placed orders, theft or loss, or acts of God — and traveling with the cover on or using it in the water voids the warranty. The cover is water-resistant with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish that sheds rain while remaining breathable to prevent mildew and moisture buildup underneath.

Sea Hunt 20 BXBR T-Top Cover — Custom-Fit Bay Boat Protection
The Sea Hunt 20 BXBR is a nimble 20-foot bay boat built around an 8’ 1” beam and a 15-degree-deadrise hull that drafts shallow enough for skinny-water stalking yet stays planted in a light chop. At roughly 2,250 lbs dry, the 20 BXBR delivers a punchy hole-shot and easy single-engine handling — which also means a T-Top boat cover has to account for moderate freeboard, a relatively narrow beam, and the factory hard top that rises above the console.
Our custom-fitted T-top cover attaches directly to the underside edges of the factory T-top frame, leaving the roof panel fully exposed while draping down over roughly 85–90 percent of the hull sides and completely enclosing the outboard engine at the stern. Every pattern is cut to match the BXBR’s specific gunwale profile, bow flare, and transom width, so there’s no excess fabric pooling on deck or flapping in a crosswind.
Built from your choice of heavy-duty 9oz marine fabric — our most popular option for its rugged durability and excellent water resistance — or premium Sunbrella fabric for a lighter, breathable alternative, this cover is sewn with reinforced double-stitching at every stress point.
