Choose Your Cover Fabric

7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.

9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.

Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.

Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

Frequently Asked Questions

The 219 Ultra's fiberglass T-top includes a factory mister system with nozzles and water lines mounted to the frame. Our cover attaches to the underside edges of the T-top roof panel and drapes below all mister hardware, so nothing needs to be removed or disconnected before covering the boat. The mister nozzles, tubing, and connections remain in place year-round under the fabric.
Yes. The 9-inch Garmin GPSMAP 943xs display, JL Audio waterproof Bluetooth stereo, VHF radio, and Yamaha Command Link gauges all sit within the center console area that the cover fully encloses. By sealing the cockpit from UV, rain, and salt spray, the cover prevents screen fade on the Garmin, connector corrosion on the JL Audio system, and moisture damage to the digital gauge cluster — all expensive components to replace.
Yes. The engine pouch is patterned to drape loosely over outboards up to the 219 Ultra's maximum 200-horsepower rating. Whether you run the standard Yamaha F150 XC or the optional F200 upgrade, the pouch hangs as a roomy, baggy enclosure that fully covers the cowling and powerhead. The F200's slightly larger cowling still fits comfortably within the same pouch without straining any seams.
The 219 Ultra's shallow 13-inch draft means the hull sits relatively high on the trailer, exposing more freeboard above the waterline. Our cover extends down the hull sides to approximately trailer-tire level — roughly 85 to 90 percent of the total hull height — which is more than enough to protect the gel coat, rub rail, and scupper drains. The shallow draft actually makes installation easier because there is less hull depth to wrap around.
Absolutely. The aluminum leaning post with its cooler slide mechanism and custom Sea Hunt cooler all sit within the cockpit area that the cover fully encloses. By keeping direct sun and salt air off these components, the cover prevents oxidation on the aluminum post, UV degradation of the cooler slide rails, and fading of the cooler itself. The leaning post does not need to be removed or adjusted before the cover goes on.
Yes. At 2,350 pounds dry with a 21-foot 4-inch LOA and 8-foot 3-inch beam, the 219 Ultra trailers on a standard single-axle setup. Our cover uses reinforced hem webbing, stainless hardware, and under-hull tie-down straps that lock the fabric tight against the beam. The 219 Ultra's compact proportions keep wind load manageable at highway speeds, and the straps prevent any buffeting or flapping during transit.
Yes. The recirculating livewell and fresh water system plumbing sit below the cockpit deck area, which the cover fully seals from the elements. By keeping rainwater out of the cockpit, the cover prevents water from pooling around livewell drain fittings and fresh water pump connections, which are common failure points when left exposed to standing water and freeze-thaw cycles during off-season storage.
A T-top mooring cover is a reusable, custom-fitted fabric enclosure that attaches to the underside of your boat's T-top frame and drapes over the entire vessel in one continuous piece. Shrink-wrap is a one-time plastic film that gets heat-sealed around the boat and cut off at the end of each season. The T-top cover can be installed and removed in about 10 minutes, lasts for years, and does not create single-use plastic waste — making it far more economical and environmentally friendly over the life of the boat.
Our 9 oz solution-dyed polyester is the most popular choice — it delivers strong UV and water resistance with a breathable weave that prevents mildew in the 219 Ultra's sealed cockpit. Sunbrella Marine Grade acrylic canvas is our premium option, offering the highest UV protection and colorfastness for boats that live outdoors year-round in intense sun. Both fabrics come in Navy, Black, and Charcoal to match the 219 Ultra's factory color schemes.
Select the Sea Hunt 219 Ultra T-Top from our product page, choose your fabric and color, and add any options such as aft support bars or bow storage configuration. We build the cover to the 219 Ultra's factory hull dimensions — 21 feet 4 inches LOA with an 8-foot 3-inch beam — so no measuring or templating is needed on your end. The finished cover ships to your door ready to install in roughly 10 minutes with two people.

Sea Hunt 219 Ultra T-Top Boat Cover

The Sea Hunt 219 Ultra T-Top is a versatile fishing platform that combines 21 feet 4 inches of capable hull with a protective hard T-top canopy. This configuration offers the best of both worlds: an open-water fishing machine with overhead weather protection and shade. The 219 Ultra T-Top weighs 2,350 pounds dry, measures 8’3″ across the beam, and accommodates a Yamaha F150 or F200 engine running on 60 gallons of fuel. The hull design is a traditional V-hull with a 16-degree deadrise that delivers responsive handling and good fuel economy across a range of sea conditions.

Our cover for the 219 Ultra T-Top is engineered to wrap this T-top structure comprehensively. The fabric attaches right at the underside edge of the T-top roof panel, and from that attachment point the cover drapes down naturally around the T-top’s support posts — which remain almost entirely hidden inside the fabric envelope — and extends all the way to the hull’s chine. The T-top support posts remain almost completely concealed within the fabric, creating a wide, low mound silhouette that is wider than it is tall.

The T-Top Roof Remains Visible

Unlike some cover designs, ours does not obscure the T-top roof. Only the flat fiberglass T-top roof panel is visible at the very top of the cover, where it sits like a small flat hat atop the fabric mound. If your T-top has radar domes, antennas, or other electronics mounted on the roof, these simply rest on that visible roof panel — the cover does not interfere. This design preserves the boat’s profile and makes it easy to identify the vessel even under cover.

Fabric Choices Tailored to Your Environment

We offer marine-grade fabrics for the 219 Ultra T-Top. The 9 oz. polyester delivers heavy-duty protection with enhanced abrasion resistance — ideal for high-wind locations or extended storage. Our premium Sunbrella acrylic option provides the highest UV protection and color stability. All fabrics are breathable, resisting mildew and condensation buildup inside the cover during storage. Explore our complete T-top boat cover collection to compare models, or check out our Sea Hunt 225 Ultra T-Top cover for a larger option in the same Ultra family.

Secure, Durable Protection During Storage

The 219 Ultra T-Top cover arrives with all tie-down straps, D-rings, and hardware anchors. Tie-down straps run from the cover’s bottom perimeter to anchor points on your trailer frame, ensuring the fabric stays taut and secure during towing and storage. The breathable construction and proper ventilation prevent moisture buildup and mildew formation. Pair this cover with our Sea Hunt 219 Ultra center console cover if you are exploring both configurations, or browse our full selection to find the perfect fit for your boating needs.
