7 oz. Polyester — Lightweight 100% polyester at 7 oz. per linear yard. Comes with a 3-year fabric warranty. Available in Black.
9 oz. Polyester — Heavy-duty 100% polyester at 9 oz. per linear yard. Backed by a 5-year fabric warranty. Available in Navy and Black.
Sunbrella Acrylic — Premium 100% acrylic fabric by Sunbrella. Includes a 6-year fabric warranty. Available in Black, Smoke, and Marine Blue.
Every polyester cover we sell is made from solution-dyed fiber. During the manufacturing process, pigment is added to the raw polyester before it becomes a solid strand, which means color penetrates the full cross-section of each fiber rather than sitting on the surface. The result is a fabric that will not transfer color onto gel coat or rub off during normal use. Our polyester is also engineered to be highly breathable, resisting mildew buildup while allowing trapped moisture to escape. It holds its shape without stretching, keeps its weight down for easy handling, and maintains its appearance over years of sun and weather exposure.
