Custom Fit Boat Covers for Blazer Boats

Blazer Boats has been hand-building custom, high-performance bass and bay boats in Pensacola, Florida since 1978. Run hard on tournament water and trailered constantly, a Blazer earns a cover that's cut for its low, lean profile rather than draped in something generic. Our custom Blazer boat covers are patterned to your exact model and year — from the Pro Tour bass boats to the Purebay and Makaira bay boats — for a snug, trailerable fit that guards your deck, console, and rigging between launches.

Blazer Boats Boat Cover Features and Benefits

Patterned for Your Blazer

Cut to your exact Blazer model and year so the cover hugs the low bass-boat or bay-boat profile instead of ballooning like a universal cover.

Marine-Grade, UV-Resistant Fabric

Solution-dyed marine fabric shrugs off sun, salt, and humidity without fading, keeping your rig protected season after season.

Built to Trailer

Reinforced seams and secure tie-downs hold the cover tight at highway speed, so it stays put on every tow to the ramp or the next tournament.

Proudly Made in the USA

Every Blazer cover is custom cut and sewn to order in the USA with a tailored fit and a water-repellent finish.

About Blazer Boats

Blazer Boats has built custom, high-performance bass and bay boats by hand in Pensacola, Florida since 1978. Each hull is 100% composite and built to order, which is why Blazer has long been a favorite of tournament anglers who run hard and demand a boat tailored to how they fish. The lineup pairs sleek Pro Tour bass boats — like the 625 and 650 — with a family of bay boats including the 2200 and 2400 Purebay and the larger 2800 Makaira.

Why Protect Your Blazer with a Custom Cover?

Bass and bay boats spend much of their life on a trailer and exposed between trips, where UV fades gelcoat and upholstery, rain pools on the deck, and road grime works into every seam. A snug cover shields the casting deck, console, and seating on the trailer, at the ramp, or in storage — protecting both condition and resale value.

Custom-Fit vs. Generic Covers

A universal cover sits loose, flaps at towing speed, and traps moisture against the finish. Our Blazer covers are patterned to your specific model and year for a tailored fit that sheds water, resists wind, and stays put — so it protects the boat instead of scuffing it on every tow.

Built for a Low-Profile Bass & Bay Boat

A Blazer rides low and lean, with a wide casting deck up front and a console that sits well forward — a shape a flat, generic cover never follows cleanly. We pattern to your exact bass or bay model so the cover hugs the deck and console, holds tight on the highway, and fits right even on older Blazer hulls.

Features of Our Blazer Boat Covers

Each cover is crafted from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric chosen to handle sun, salt, and humidity without fading or cracking. Reinforced stitching, tailored seams, and secure tie-downs keep it snug and quiet at highway speed, while a water-repellent finish helps rain and spray run off instead of soaking through.
