Custom Fit Boat Covers for Bulls Bay Boats

Our Bulls Bay boat covers are custom-patterned for your exact model — built for these value-priced South Carolina bay boats and center consoles. Bulls Bay is built in Walterboro, South Carolina by Carolina Composites — the same builder behind Pioneer Boats — offering the same quality at a friendlier price. Because a bay boat’s open deck, T-top, and trolling-motor or jack-plate setup all change the fit, a generic cover rarely sits right. Ours follows your boat’s exact lines. Every cover is made in the USA from marine-grade, water-repellent fabric.

Bulls Bay Boat Cover Features and Benefits

Custom Fit for Bulls Bay Models:

Every Bulls Bay cover is custom-patterned to your exact model and configuration — with or without a T-top, and accounting for a trolling-motor bracket or jack plate — so it fits without flapping or pooling.

Marine-Grade Fabric:

Built from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric, our covers stand up to the sun, salt, and humidity of the bays and flats — resisting fading, mildew, and cracking season after season.

All-Weather Protection:

On the trailer, at the dock, or in storage, your cover shields the console, electronics, and seating from UV, rain, dust, and bird droppings, keeping your Bulls Bay ready to fish and protecting its value.

Convenience and Ease of Use:

Reinforced tie-downs and a snug, tailored cut keep the cover secure and quiet — even at highway tow speed or in a stiff breeze. Proudly custom-made in the USA.

About Bulls Bay Boats

Bulls Bay is a value-priced line of bay boats and center consoles built in Walterboro, South Carolina by Carolina Composites — the same company that builds Pioneer Boats. Launched in 2013, Bulls Bay offers the same hand-built quality and craftsmen as its Pioneer sibling at a more affordable price, so buyers can get a new boat instead of settling for used. The lineup spans roughly 17 to 25 feet, from compact bay boats to T-top center consoles, with shallow draft and easy handling.

Why Protect Your Bulls Bay with a Custom Cover?

Time on the trailer and at the dock is when the elements do their damage: UV, salt, rain, and pollen fade gelcoat, stain seating, and wear on electronics. A snug, custom cover protects the console, leaning post, and rigging between trips — keeping your Bulls Bay cleaner, drier, and ready to fish while protecting its resale value.

Custom-Fit vs. Generic Covers

A universal cover sits loose, traps moisture, and flaps in the wind, chafing gelcoat and loosening fasteners at highway speed — and on a bay boat’s wide deck, a loose cover ponds water. Our Bulls Bay covers are custom-patterned to your specific model and year for a snug, tailored fit that sheds water and stays put.

What Changes Your Bulls Bay Cover

On a bay boat, fit depends on more than length. A T-top or no top, a trolling-motor bracket on the bow, and a jack plate at the transom all change the cover you need. We pattern to your exact model and these options — 200CC, 2000, 2200, 230 CC, 2400, or 255 CC — so the cover matches the boat you actually own.

Features of Our Bulls Bay Boat Covers

Each cover is crafted from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric chosen to handle sun, salt, and humidity without fading or cracking. Reinforced stitching, tailored seams, and secure tie-downs keep it snug and quiet, while a water-repellent finish helps rain and spray run off instead of soaking through.
