Choose Your Cover Fabric

7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.

9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.

Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.

Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Crevalle 26 HCO T-Top cover is available in 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric, a lighter 7oz option, or premium Sunbrella acrylic. The 9oz fabric provides 5-7 years of UV and weather protection, while Sunbrella offers 8-10 years of durability. All fabrics are mildew-resistant and water-repellent.
Yes. The cover is pattern-cut specifically for the Crevalle 26 HCO hybrid crossover, with reinforced cutouts that wrap around the T-Top support legs. The fiberglass hardtop roof remains fully exposed on top for ventilation while the hull below is completely protected.
Installation takes under 5 minutes and can be done solo. Simply drape the cover over the hull from bow to stern, align the T-Top cutouts around the support legs, and secure using the adjustable strap-and-buckle system along the rubrail. No tools required.
Yes. The Crevalle 26 HCO T-Top cover is reinforced for trailering at highway speeds. The tie-down straps and hem cord keep the cover securely in place during transport, and the fabric resists flapping and wind stress.
Absolutely. The cover creates a complete barrier over the 26 HCO's center console, electronics, leaning post, bow seating area, and all cockpit upholstery. It blocks UV rays, rain, salt spray, bird droppings, and airborne debris to keep your crossover in launch-ready condition.
Every Crevalle 26 HCO T-Top cover includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The solution-dyed fabrics are rated for 5-7 years and Sunbrella for 8-10 years of real-world protection.
The cover is water-resistant with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish that causes water to bead and roll off. It is intentionally breathable rather than fully waterproof, which prevents moisture buildup and mildew growth underneath — essential for protecting the 26 HCO's crossover interior and bow seating.
Yes. The cover is designed for the Crevalle 26 HCO across standard production model years with the factory T-Top installed. Crevalle has maintained consistent hull dimensions throughout the 26 HCO's production run.
The 9oz solution-dyed fabric is available in Navy, Black, and Charcoal. Upgrading to Sunbrella acrylic opens up an expanded color palette with additional options. All colors are solution-dyed for fade resistance throughout the life of the cover.
Yes. All Crevalle 26 HCO T-Top covers ship free with standard shipping to the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Crevalle 26 HCO T-Top Boat Cover — Crossover Versatility, Complete Coverage

The Crevalle 26 HCO (Hybrid Crossover) delivers 25’6″ of multi-purpose performance on an 8’6″ beam with 16-degree deadrise and roughly 4,000 pounds of all-composite construction. Rated for 300–425 HP in single or twin outboard setups with 90 gallons of fuel, this crossover handles inshore sight-fishing, nearshore reef runs, and family cruising on the same hull. Built in Wildwood, Florida by Crevalle Boats using their wood-free CRIMP (Composite Resin Infusion Molding Process) and backed by a 10-year structural warranty, the 26 HCO represents a new approach to versatile boat building. A custom-fitted T-Top cover from Perfect Fit Boat Covers guards the 26 HCO’s crossover layout — from bow seating to stern fishing platform — against the elements year-round.

Tailored to the 26 HCO’s Crossover Deck Plan

The 26 HCO’s hybrid crossover layout combines forward bow seating, a center console with helm station, and a dedicated stern fishing cockpit — and this cover is cut to fit every inch of it. The fabric wraps below the T-Top hardtop, leaving the fiberglass roof exposed for ventilation, while accounting for the leaning post, bow cushions, rod holders, and live well access. A single person can install the cover in under five minutes using the strap-and-buckle system. The reinforced construction handles highway-speed trailering without flapping, and with 12–14 inches of draft, the 26 HCO loads and launches at shallow ramps across Florida’s coast. For the dedicated bay fishing variant that shares this hull, the Crevalle 26 Bay T-Top cover provides the same precision fit optimized for that model’s open cockpit layout.

Sunbrella and Solution-Dyed Options for Year-Round Defense

Florida’s combination of intense UV, afternoon thunderstorms, and salt air demands serious fabric technology. The 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric option delivers 5–7 years of protection with water-repellent, mildew-resistant performance and double-stitched seams. For owners who want the longest possible lifespan, Sunbrella acrylic extends that to 8–10 years. Both options include a hem cord at the rubrail, adjustable tie-down straps, and a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Free standard shipping throughout the continental US gets your cover to your door in 1–2 business days. For complete fleet protection, check out the Crevalle 24 Bay T-Top cover — the same quality and fit for the entry-level model in Crevalle’s wood-free lineup.
