Choose Your Cover Fabric

7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.

9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.

Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.

Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Freeman 37 T-Top cover is available in 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric as the standard option, with a premium Sunbrella acrylic upgrade available. The 9oz fabric provides 5-7 years of UV-resistant, water-repellent protection, while the Sunbrella option extends that to 8-10 years of fade-proof performance. Both fabrics are solution-dyed for maximum color retention under intense offshore UV exposure.
Yes. The Freeman 37 T-Top cover is pattern-cut with reinforced cutouts that wrap around the T-Top support legs, allowing the cover to drape from the hardtop down over the hull while the white fiberglass hardtop roof remains fully exposed on top. The cover is designed specifically for the Freeman 37's Vented Hull catamaran geometry and T-Top configuration.
Installation takes under 5 minutes and can be done solo. Drape the cover over the bow and pull it back toward the stern, fitting the reinforced cutouts around the T-Top legs. Pull the adjustable straps across the 11'6" beam and buckle them at the rubrail. The hem cord along the bottom edge secures the cover snugly against the Freeman 37's catamaran hull lines. No tools required.
Yes. The Freeman 37 T-Top cover is built with reinforced stress points and heavy-duty tie-down straps designed for highway-speed trailering. The cover's strap system is engineered to stay secure during transit. Note that the Freeman 37's size and weight require a properly rated trailer and tow vehicle.
Yes. The cover creates a complete barrier over the Freeman 37's helm console, tournament-grade electronics arrays, six-seat helm station, and premium cockpit upholstery. It blocks UV rays, rain, salt spray, bird droppings, and airborne debris — protecting the investment in every custom-built Freeman.
Every Freeman 37 T-Top cover comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The solution-dyed marine fabric is rated for 5-7 years of active use, and the premium Sunbrella acrylic option is rated for 8-10 years.
The cover is water-resistant with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish that causes rain and spray to bead and roll off. It is intentionally breathable rather than fully waterproof — this allows trapped moisture and condensation to escape, preventing mildew and mold growth in humid conditions typical of offshore fishing environments.
Yes. The Freeman 37 T-Top cover is designed to fit all standard production years of the Freeman 37 VH equipped with a factory T-Top. The 37 VH is now a legacy model in Freeman's lineup (succeeded by the Freeman 38), and the cover fits all versions produced during its production run. The adjustable strap system accommodates minor variations between custom builds.
The 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric is available in Navy, Black, and Charcoal. The premium Sunbrella acrylic upgrade expands the palette with additional color choices. All colors are solution-dyed for maximum fade resistance.
Shipping is a flat rate of $30.00 per cover to anywhere in the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Freeman 37 T-Top Boat Cover — Offshore Dominance Starts with Protection

The Freeman 37 is a 37’2″ Vented Hull catamaran center console with an 11’6″ beam, 11,500-pound dry weight, and up to 1,200 horsepower driving the twin-hull design through blue water at cruising speeds that leave monohulls in the wake. Built by hand at Freeman Boatworks’ 300,000-square-foot facility in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, the 37 VH carries 540 gallons of fuel, a 1,200-quart insulated coffin box, and a fully configurable livewell system — all wrapped around the proprietary Vented Hull catamaran technology that made Freeman the standard in offshore performance. With a 21-inch draft and 21 degrees of deadrise, this boat handles head seas as well as it handles a drift over the reef. A custom-fitted T-Top boat cover from Perfect Fit keeps the Freeman 37’s hand-laid hull, custom interior, and tournament-grade electronics protected between runs.

Tailored to the Freeman 37’s Tournament-Grade Layout

This T-Top cover is pattern-cut to the Freeman 37’s Vented Hull catamaran layout — wrapping down from the hardtop frame over the center console, the six-seat helm station, the 1,200-quart coffin box, and the configurable transom livewell system before tucking beneath the rubrail with a reinforced hem cord. The cover accounts for the 37’s wide 11’6″ beam and the triple or quad engine transom with fabric that drapes cleanly across the catamaran’s wider stance. Installation is under five minutes solo — drape, strap, and buckle. Built for trailering at highway speed with reinforced stress points at every attachment. The 37 sits between the quad-engine platforms in Freeman’s lineup — for the long-range variant, see the Freeman 42 LR T-Top cover.

Protection Built for Bluewater Boats

Freeman’s Vented Hull technology uses biaxial and triaxial fiberglass laid by hand over a closed-cell structural core with vinylester resin — construction methods borrowed from performance racing. The cover protecting that investment should be equally serious. Our 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric provides 5–7 years of UV-resistant, water-repellent, mildew-resistant performance, while the premium Sunbrella acrylic upgrade extends protection to 8–10 years with superior fade resistance. Double-stitched seams and a 2-year manufacturer warranty come standard on every cover. Freeman’s catamaran engineering started with a garage project in Mount Pleasant — for the boat that started it all, see the Freeman 28 T-Top cover.
