Choose Your Cover Fabric

7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.

9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.

Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.

Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Grady White 215 represents the upper limit of single-engine center console design in the Grady White lineup. At 21'5" with an 8'6" beam and 100 gallons of fuel, the 215 delivers the most boat you can get with single-engine simplicity. The combination of size, fuel capacity, and SeaV² hull performance creates a true offshore fishing platform that retains the maintenance simplicity and fuel efficiency of a single outboard.
The 100-gallon tank is a game-changer for a trailerable center console. At efficient cruise, the 215 achieves 200+ miles of range — enough for confident round trips to offshore reefs, wrecks, and artificial structures 35–40 miles from the inlet. This capacity supports all-day trolling, bottom fishing, and the flexibility to run to multiple spots without fuel concern. The 215 can fish like a bigger boat while trailing like a smaller one.
The 215 accommodates a single outboard up to 250 HP. A Yamaha F225 or F250 provides optimal power for the 2,800-lb hull — delivering 35–40 mph top speed with strong hole shot to get on plane quickly loaded with fuel, ice, and gear. The single-engine configuration keeps operating costs at half what a twin-engine setup requires.
The 215 provides a full-size fishing package: large center console with expanded electronics flat and helm station, multiple rod holders along the gunwales and leaning post, large aerated livewell, insulated fishboxes with overboard drainage, spacious cockpit for 3–4 anglers, and bow casting platform. The 8'6" beam creates a wide, stable fishing platform.
The 215 (21'5") and 22 Seafarer (22'5") overlap in size, with the Seafarer being a foot longer. Both share 8'6" beam and 19° deadrise. The key difference is fuel: the 215 carries 100 gallons versus the Seafarer's 100 gallons — matched capacity. The models represent different generations of Grady White's upper-range single-engine center console philosophy, with similar capability.
The 215 combines every offshore essential in a single-engine package: 100-gallon fuel range for distant fishing grounds, 8'6" beam for stability in offshore swells, 2,800-lb displacement for a comfortable ride in chop, 250 HP capability for confident inlet running, and a cockpit designed for serious offshore techniques including bottom fishing, trolling, and live-bait fishing.
The 215 is trailerable but at the upper end of convenient trailering. At 21'5" and 2,800 lbs with an 8'6" beam, the 215 requires a tandem-axle trailer and a full-size truck. The extra weight and length demand more attention during launching and retrieval, but the reward is access to different fishing grounds that fixed-slip boats cannot easily reach.
The SeaV² hull with 19° deadrise is remarkably capable at 21'5". At 2,800 lbs with the 8'6" beam, the 215 provides a poised, stable ride through 3–4 foot chop that would challenge smaller boats. The hull weight tracks confidently in following seas, the beam provides stability during drift fishing in offshore swells, and the deep-V entry keeps spray down in quartering seas.
The 215 occupies a unique market position — it's the largest single-engine Grady White center console with 100-gallon range. There is no modern replacement that exactly matches this combination. Well-maintained 215s command premium resale prices because buyers recognize the value of offshore capability with single-engine simplicity. A Perfect Fit cover preserves the condition that supports these valuations.
Grady White offered 215 models in both center console and T-Top configurations. The 215 CC has no overhead structure — the cover wraps everything under one continuous piece of fabric from bow to stern. The T-Top version adds a hardtop frame requiring a different cover design. The CC version's full cover provides complete protection for all exposed surfaces.

Grady White 215 Center Console Boat Cover

The Grady White 215 is a 21’5″ center console that pushes single-engine fishing capability to its practical limit. At 2,800 lbs dry weight with an 8’6″ beam, the 215 runs a single outboard up to 250 HP and carries 100 gallons of fuel for genuine offshore range — 200+ miles at efficient cruise. The SeaV² hull with 19° deadrise delivers a confident, stable ride in offshore conditions, while the wide 8’6″ beam creates a spacious fishing platform for 3–4 anglers. Produced as both Tournament 215 and Escape 215, this hull represents the pinnacle of single-engine Grady White center console design.

Your Grady White 215 requires a Perfect Fit custom center console cover that wraps the entire boat from bow to stern. This full-boat cover creates a smooth, low-profile mound over the vessel — protecting the center console, helm electronics, cockpit surfaces, and single-engine cowling from UV exposure, rain, and salt air. Solution-dyed marine fabric (5–7 years) or premium Sunbrella acrylic (8–10 years) preserves your 215 through years of offshore fishing and storage.

Maximum Single-Engine Capability — 100-Gallon Range

The 215’s 100-gallon fuel capacity opens fishing grounds that smaller single-engine boats cannot reach. Confident round trips to offshore reefs and wrecks 35–40 miles from the inlet, all-day trolling runs without refueling anxiety, and the flexibility to run to multiple spots in a single trip. At 2,800 lbs with 250 HP, the 215 delivers 35–40 mph cruise speed while maintaining the fuel efficiency and maintenance simplicity of a single-engine configuration.

Precision Engineering & Custom Fit

Perfect Fit’s cover engineers custom-measure your 215’s center console dimensions, helm cluster, rod holder positions, livewell locations, fishbox lids, cleat positions, 8’6″ beam, and single-engine transom to create a precision-fit cover pattern. The 21’5″ length and wide beam require precise pattern engineering for a snug fit that sheds water without pooling. Reinforced stitching and hem cord secure the cover at the rubrail for locked-down protection.
