The dive platform at the transom remains exposed below the cover, as the cover terminates at the hull's upper edges. However, the 20-gallon aerated livewell and all deck-level components are protected under the cover. The livewell pump and plumbing fittings receive UV and salt protection, which extends their service life significantly.
