Your Sea Hunt 23 Escape cover is backed by our manufacturer's warranty for the original purchaser. Materials and workmanship — stitching, straps, buckles, zippers, and other hardware — are covered for 1 year from the purchase date. Fabric is covered for 3 years on 7oz, 5 years on black or navy 9oz, and 6 years on Sunbrella. Covered defects are repaired or replaced after you contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The warranty does not cover improper use, accident or negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper care, mold or mildew, incorrectly placed orders, theft or loss, or acts of God — and traveling with the cover on or using it in the water voids the warranty. The cover is water-resistant with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish that causes rain and spray to bead and shed off. It is intentionally not sealed waterproof — a sealed cover on the 23 Escape's 8'6" beam would trap a large volume of humid air underneath, creating ideal conditions for mildew on the upholstery, electronics, and forward head compartment surfaces. The breathable construction allows airflow while blocking direct water contact, keeping the 23 Escape's interior dry and ventilated during extended storage.

The Sea Hunt 23 Escape is a 23-foot 7-inch center console built on a deep-V fiberglass hull with approximately an 8-foot 6-inch beam and around 3,800 pounds of dry weight. The 23 Escape’s deep-V hull creates a sharp entry at the bow that transitions to a wider beam amidships. Our pattern is drafted specifically for this hull geometry, following the aggressive bow entry and widening beam so the fabric lies flat against the hull sides without bunching or excess material. Every panel is cut to account for the 23 Escape’s unique chine angles and gunwale contour.
Full T-Top Enclosure Design
The cover rises over the hardtop without requiring any disassembly of the T-top frame, electronics, or antenna mounts.
