Grady-White 321 CE T-Top Boat Cover — Custom-Fit for the Grady-White 321 Coastal Explorer
The Grady-White 321 Coastal Explorer (321 CE) is the largest model in Grady-White’s Coastal Explorer line, which BoatUS described in early 2026 as the line’s new flagship. It has a 31’7″ centerline length (32′ overall), a 10’6″ beam, a 22″ draft and a single 220-gallon aluminum fuel tank, and it is rated for twin outboards up to 700 hp total — typically twin Yamaha F350s. Dealers list its weight without engines at about 8,560–8,760 lb. Standard equipment includes a fiberglass T-top on a painted aluminum frame with four rod holders, LED spreader lights and outrigger plates; a triple-wide helm seat with flip-up bolsters; an aft-facing mezzanine seat with a fold-down Corian counter and tackle storage; a pair of 18-gallon transom livewells; transom seating for four; and a center console with a stand-up head compartment and shower plus forward console lounge seating. This T-Top cover is patterned for the 321 CE with its T-top, and like all of our Grady-White boat covers, it’s cut to this hull rather than a generic 32-foot size chart.
How It Fits the 321 Coastal Explorer
The cover runs up to the underside of the fiberglass T-top and wraps around the frame legs, then drapes forward over the windshield, console and forward lounge to the bow, and aft over the triple helm seat, the mezzanine and the transom seating to the stern, continuing over the twin outboards as one piece. The T-top roof stays exposed. With a 10’6″ beam carried well forward, the 321 CE has a roomy bow, and the pattern is cut to that full shape so the sides stay snug. On a boat this size, installing is easiest with two people: drape it bow to stern, run the hem cord along the rubrail, and cinch the adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs. It’s made for storage on a trailer, lift, dry stack, or at the dock — take it off before towing, since trailering with the cover on can damage it and voids the warranty.
Fabric, Warranty & Shipping
Choose 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric for heavy-duty everyday protection (5–7 year service life), a lighter 7oz fabric for budget-friendly coverage, or premium Sunbrella acrylic for 8–10 years of fade resistance. Every option is water-repellent, breathable, mildew-resistant, and double-stitched at the seams. Each cover is backed by our warranty (1 year on materials and workmanship, plus 3–6 years on the fabric) and ships for a $30 flat rate within the US — every cover is made to order, so please allow 1–3 weeks. Compare the Grady-White Canyon 386 T-Top cover for Grady’s bigger offshore center console, or the Grady-White Freedom 225 T-Top cover.
