Custom Fit Boat Covers for Chaos Boats

Chaos Boats builds high-quality fiberglass flats and bay boats in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, where founders Marc and Heather Vickers craft custom, Carolina-style shallow-water skiffs by hand. Models like the Chaos 16 Bonefish and 21 Tarpon Bay are wood-free, vacuum-built hulls that can be configured with a closed bow, center console, or small tower to suit how you fish. These purpose-built skiffs reward careful ownership — and a snug, custom cover. Ours are patterned to your exact model and year.

Chaos Boat Cover Features and Benefits

Patterned for Your Chaos

Cut to your exact Chaos model and year so the cover hugs the low flats or bay profile instead of draping loose like a universal cover.

Marine-Grade, UV-Resistant Fabric

Solution-dyed marine fabric resists the Florida sun, salt, and humidity without fading, keeping your skiff protected season after season.

Water-Repellent Protection

A water-repellent finish helps rain and spray sheet off instead of pooling, while breathable construction limits trapped moisture and mildew.

Proudly Made in the USA

Every Chaos cover is custom cut and sewn to order in the USA with reinforced seams, secure tie-downs, and a tailored fit.

About Chaos Boats

Chaos Boats is a small, hands-on builder of high-quality flats and bay boats based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, founded by Marc and Heather Vickers. The shop builds wood-free, fully composite hulls using vacuum-sealing technology, with custom Carolina-style styling that owners can spec to their own preferences. The core lineup — the Chaos 16 Bonefish and the 21 Tarpon Bay — spans roughly 16 to 21 feet, and can be ordered with a closed bow, center console, or small tower depending on how you fish.

Why Protect Your Chaos with a Custom Cover?

A flats or bay skiff lives in the elements — intense Florida sun, salt spray, and afternoon rain all work on the gelcoat, deck, and rigging. A well-fitted cover shields the casting deck, console, and seating on the trailer, at the dock, or in storage, helping a custom-built boat hold its finish and its value.

Custom-Fit vs. Generic Covers

A universal cover sits loose, flaps at highway speed, and traps moisture against the finish. Our Chaos covers are patterned to your specific model and year for a tailored fit that sheds water, resists wind, and stays put — the fit a hand-built skiff deserves.

Built for a Custom Flats & Bay Skiff

Because a Chaos can be configured with a closed bow, center console, or small tower, two boats of the same model can need different covers. We pattern to your exact model and setup so the cover hugs the deck and console and holds tight, accommodating your rigging as your boat is built.

Features of Our Chaos Boat Covers

Each cover is crafted from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric chosen to handle sun, salt, and humidity without fading or cracking. Reinforced stitching, tailored seams, and secure tie-downs keep it snug and quiet on the road, while a water-repellent finish helps rain and spray run off instead of soaking through.
