Custom Fit Boat Covers for Onslow Bay Boats

Our Onslow Bay boat covers are custom-patterned for your exact model — from the 27 Offshore Edition to the 33, 37, and 41 Tournament Edition. Onslow Bay Boatworks builds semi-custom offshore center consoles in Holly Ridge, North Carolina, with deep-V, Carolina-flare hulls and all-composite, no-wood construction. Because every Onslow Bay is built to order — T-top or hardtop, different console heights and rigging — an off-the-shelf cover rarely fits right. Ours is patterned to your boat’s exact lines. Every cover is made in the USA from marine-grade, water-repellent fabric.

Onslow Bay Boat Covers Features and Benefits

Custom Fit for Onslow Bay Models:

Every Onslow Bay cover is custom-patterned to your exact model and build — 27 Offshore, 33, 37, or 41 Tournament — and tailored around the console, leaning post, T-top or hardtop, and seating so it fits without flapping or pooling.

Premium Marine Fabric:

Built from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric, our covers stand up to the sun, salt, and humidity these offshore boats run in — resisting fading, mildew, and cracking season after season.

All-Weather Protection:

On the trailer, at the dock, or in storage, your cover shields the helm, electronics, and rigging from UV, rain, dust, and bird droppings, keeping your Onslow Bay ready to fish and protecting its value.

Ease of Use:

Reinforced tie-downs and a snug, tailored cut keep the cover secure and quiet — even at highway tow speed or in a stiff offshore breeze. Proudly custom-made in the USA.

About Onslow Bay Boats

Onslow Bay Boatworks has built offshore center consoles in Holly Ridge, North Carolina since 2005, when founder and tournament angler Brad Knight set out to build a better kingfish boat. Despite the name, these aren’t inshore bay boats — they’re semi-custom, built-to-order offshore Tournament and Offshore Edition center consoles with deep-V, Carolina-flare hulls and all-composite, no-wood construction. The current lineup runs from the 27 Offshore Edition up to the 41 Tournament Edition flagship.

Why Protect Your Onslow Bay with a Custom Cover?

Offshore boats spend their downtime exposed to UV, salt air, rain, and pollen that fade gelcoat, stain upholstery, and wear on electronics. A properly fitted cover shields the helm, seating, and rigging whether your Onslow Bay is on the trailer, at the slip, or in storage — helping preserve both its condition and its resale value.

Why Custom Fit Matters on a Semi-Custom Boat

Because every Onslow Bay is built to order, no two are exactly alike — T-top vs. hardtop, different console heights, towers, and electronics all change the shape a cover has to fit. A generic, styled-to-fit cover is a real gamble on a semi-custom hull. We pattern to your specific boat so the cover actually fits the one you own.

Built for the Carolina-Flare Deep-V Hull

Onslow Bay’s signature high bow flare and proud Carolina bow give a dry offshore ride — and they also change how a cover drapes and where it needs to be secured. Because we pattern to your exact model, the cover follows that flare cleanly for full coverage without bunching, gaps, or pooling water.

Features of Our Onslow Bay Boat Covers

Each cover is crafted from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric chosen to handle sun, salt, and humidity without fading or cracking. Reinforced stitching, tailored seams, and secure tie-downs keep it snug and quiet, while a water-repellent finish helps rain and spray run off instead of soaking through.
