Custom Fit Boat Covers for Polar Boats

Our Polar boat covers are custom-patterned for your exact model — built for the fiberglass Polar (and Polar-Dynasty) saltwater fishing boats still on the water. Polar built value-priced fiberglass center consoles, bay boats, dual consoles, and walkarounds, and while the brand is no longer in production, thousands of used Polars are still fished every season. (Note: if your boat is an aluminum Polar Kraft, that’s a different brand.) Because each layout differs, a generic cover won’t fit right — ours is patterned to your boat’s exact lines. Every cover is made in the USA from marine-grade, water-repellent fabric.

Polar Boat Covers Features and Benefits

Custom Fit for Polar Models:

Every Polar cover is custom-patterned to your exact model and year — center console, bay boat, dual console, or walkaround — and tailored around the console, T-top, and seating so it fits without flapping or pooling.

Premium Marine Fabric:

Built from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric, our covers stand up to the sun, salt, and humidity — resisting fading, mildew, and cracking season after season, even on an older boat.

All-Weather Protection:

On the trailer, at the dock, or in storage, your cover shields the helm, electronics, and upholstery from UV, rain, dust, and bird droppings, keeping your Polar protected and extending its life.

Ease of Use:

Reinforced tie-downs and a snug, tailored cut keep the cover secure and quiet — even at highway tow speed or in a coastal breeze. Proudly custom-made in the USA.

About Polar Boats

Polar built value-priced fiberglass saltwater fishing boats — center consoles, bay boats, dual consoles, and walkarounds, roughly 16 to 27 feet. Many were badged ‘Polar’ or ‘Polar-Dynasty,’ and they’re the same boats. The original fiberglass Polar brand is no longer in production, with most models built through the 2000s, so today the brand lives on through a large fleet of well-kept used boats — which is exactly why a good custom cover still matters. (Polar is not the same as the aluminum Polar Kraft brand.)

Why Protect Your Polar with a Custom Cover?

Older boats are often where a quality cover matters most. UV, salt air, rain, and bird droppings fade gelcoat, stain upholstery, and wear on electronics — and factory canvas for a discontinued brand can be hard to replace. A properly fitted cover shields the helm, seating, and rigging on the trailer, at the slip, or in storage, helping extend the life of a boat that’s no longer being made.

Custom-Fit vs. Generic Covers

A universal cover sits loose, traps moisture, and flaps in the wind, chafing gelcoat and loosening fasteners at highway speed. Our Polar covers are custom-patterned to your specific model and year for a snug, tailored fit that sheds water and stays put.

Fiberglass Polar vs. Aluminum Polar Kraft

It’s easy to mix up two different brands. Polar (and Polar-Dynasty) makes the fiberglass saltwater fishing boats this page covers; Polar Kraft is a separate aluminum-boat company. If your boat is fiberglass, you’re in the right place — just tell us your model and year and we’ll match the right pattern.

Features of Our Polar Boat Covers

Each cover is crafted from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric chosen to handle sun, salt, and humidity without fading or cracking. Reinforced stitching, tailored seams, and secure tie-downs keep it snug and quiet, while a water-repellent finish helps rain and spray run off instead of soaking through.
