Choose Your Cover Fabric

7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.

9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.

Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.

Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions

The standard Polar 2310 Bay cover uses 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric — a tightly woven polyester engineered to resist UV fading, mildew, and water penetration for 5 to 7 years. We also offer a premium Sunbrella acrylic option rated for 8 to 10 years. Both fabrics are solution-dyed for fade resistance that outlasts surface-dyed alternatives by years.
Yes. The cover is pattern-cut to the Polar 2310 Bay's hull and T-Top frame dimensions. Reinforced cutouts wrap precisely around the T-Top support legs while the hardtop roof stays exposed on top. Everything below the hardtop — console, leaning post, livewells, rod holders, and seating — is fully enclosed beneath the cover.
One person can install the Polar 2310 Bay cover in under five minutes. Drape the cover over the hull beneath the T-Top hardtop, align the reinforced cutouts with the T-Top support legs, and secure the adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs along the rubrail. No tools or extra hands needed.
Absolutely. The Polar 2310 Bay cover is reinforced for highway-speed trailering. Adjustable tie-down straps and the integrated hem cord keep the fabric locked in place during transport, so you can tow your 2310 Bay from the ramp to storage without having to remove the cover.
Yes. The cover forms a complete protective barrier over the entire cockpit of the Polar 2310 Bay, shielding helm electronics, GPS, fishfinder, VHF radio, seat cushions, and leaning post upholstery from UV rays, rain, salt spray, bird droppings, and airborne debris. The breathable fabric prevents condensation from accumulating on sensitive equipment.
Every Polar 2310 Bay cover ships with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The 9oz solution-dyed fabric provides 5 to 7 years of reliable service, and the Sunbrella acrylic option is rated for 8 to 10 years — far beyond the warranty term.
The cover is water-resistant with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish that beads and sheds rain and spray. It is designed to breathe rather than seal completely, allowing trapped moisture and humidity to escape. This prevents mildew and condensation from damaging the Polar 2310 Bay's interior surfaces and electronics.
The cover fits all standard production years of the Polar 2310 Bay equipped with the factory T-Top. Polar's consistent hull dimensions across production runs ensure the same custom pattern fits whether your 2310 Bay is an earlier model or a recent build.
The 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric comes in Navy, Black, and Charcoal. If you choose the Sunbrella acrylic upgrade, an expanded color palette with additional shades becomes available. Every color option is solution-dyed, embedding pigment directly into the fiber for long-lasting resistance to UV fading.
Shipping is a $30 flat rate per cover to anywhere in the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. The Polar 2310 Bay cover arrives compactly folded and ready for storage or immediate use at the boat.

Polar 2310 Bay T-Top Boat Cover — Flats-Proven Bay Boat with 96 Gallons of Livewell Capacity

The Polar 2310 Bay is a 22-foot 11-inch NMMA-certified bay boat purpose-built for the serious inshore angler. Manufactured by Polar Boats — a division of Godfrey Marine (Dynasty Boats), one of the largest family-owned boat builders in the United States — the 2310 Bay runs a modified-V hull with just 12.5 degrees of deadrise, an 8’6″ beam, and a dry weight of 2,400 lbs. An 87-gallon fuel tank feeding up to 250 horsepower gives this bay boat the range to cover vast stretches of flats, marsh systems, and intracoastal waterways while drafting only 14 inches. What separates the 2310 Bay from the competition is livewell capacity — over 96 gallons spread across a 38-gallon transom well and optional midship and forward wells — making it a serious tournament-grade inshore platform. Polar’s carbon-fiber reinforced hull and one-piece Torque-Grid stringer system deliver the same structural integrity found in their offshore models, all backed by a standard 10-year hull warranty. Our custom T-Top cover for the 2310 Bay is pattern-cut to protect every contour of that shallow-draft hull, covering the console, leaning post, livewells, rod storage, and all cockpit surfaces from UV damage, salt spray, rain, and debris. See the full lineup of Polar boat covers for every model in the range.

Tailored to the 2310 Bay’s Flats Fishing Layout

This cover wraps beneath the T-Top hardtop and drapes to the rubrail on all sides, with reinforced cutouts that align precisely with the T-Top support legs. The 2310 Bay’s center console, helm electronics, leaning post, 38-gallon transom livewell, forward casting deck, rod storage, and cockpit seating are all enclosed beneath a taut, fitted canopy secured by adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs. Installation takes a single person under five minutes — drape the cover over the hull below the hardtop, align the T-Top leg cutouts, secure the straps at the rubrail, and you are finished. At 2,400 lbs dry, the 2310 Bay is a manageable trailering boat, and this cover is reinforced for highway-speed towing so your Polar stays fully shielded in transit. For Polar’s flagship offshore platform, take a look at the Polar 2700 T-Top cover — the brand’s twin-engine bluewater machine.

Protection That Matches Polar’s Inshore Engineering

Polar engineered the 2310 Bay with the same carbon-fiber reinforced hull and Torque-Grid stringer system used in their deep-V offshore models — because shallow-water boats take just as much punishment from oyster beds, sandbars, and hard landings on beach launches. Your cover needs to match that ruggedness. Our 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric delivers 5 to 7 years of UV and weather resistance, with double-stitched seams and UV-resistant thread designed for the salt, humidity, and unrelenting sun of coastal flats fishing. For anglers who want the longest possible service life, our premium Sunbrella acrylic option extends protection to 8 to 10 years with the same breathable, solution-dyed construction that prevents moisture from building up underneath. Every cover ships with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Whether your 2310 Bay runs tournament circuits or weekend redfish trips, this cover keeps the console, cushions, livewells, and electronics in prime condition between outings. For another bay boat cover sized for the flats, explore the Ken Craft 2260 Bay Rider T-Top cover — a similarly built inshore platform that thrives in skinny water.
