Pro-Line has been building practical, hard-working fishing boats in Florida since 1968, earning a loyal following for affordable, no-nonsense saltwater boats across a huge range of layouts — center consoles, walkarounds, dual consoles, express cruisers, and bay boats from the high teens to the mid-30s. With so many configurations and decades of models on the water, the right cover depends entirely on your exact boat. Our custom Pro-Line boat covers are patterned to your specific model and year for a snug, protective fit.
T-Tops: 20 Sport, 21, 23 Sport, 24 Super Sport, 26 Super Sport, 29 Grand Sport, 220 Sport
Cut to your exact Pro-Line model and year — console, walkaround cabin, or dual console — so the cover fits snug instead of draping loose like a universal cover.
Solution-dyed marine fabric resists sun, salt, and humidity without fading, keeping your Pro-Line protected season after season.
A water-repellent finish helps rain and spray sheet off instead of pooling, while breathable construction limits trapped moisture and mildew.
Every Pro-Line cover is custom cut and sewn to order in the USA with reinforced seams, secure tie-downs, and a tailored fit.
Pro-Line Boats was incorporated in 1968 by Dan Atwood and his father Ray, and grew into one of Florida’s best-known builders of affordable, capable saltwater fishing boats. Operating out of Homosassa, Florida, Pro-Line built a reputation on wood-free composite construction and an unusually broad lineup — center consoles, walkarounds, cuddy cabins, dual consoles, express cruisers, and bay boats ranging from about 15 to 35 feet. Models like the 22 and 29 Walkaround, 23 Sport, and 32 Express are still fished up and down the coast.
Saltwater boats take a beating from sun, salt, and rain whenever they aren’t running. UV fades gelcoat and upholstery, rain pools in open cockpits, and salt corrodes hardware. A snug cover shields the console, cabin, deck, and seating on the trailer, at the slip, or in storage — protecting both condition and resale value on a boat built to work hard for years.
A universal cover sits loose, flaps at highway speed, and traps moisture against the gelcoat. Our Pro-Line covers are patterned to your specific model and year for a tailored fit that sheds water, resists wind, and stays put — so it protects the boat instead of scuffing it.
Pro-Line has built everything from open center consoles to walkaround cabins and express cruisers, so two Pro-Lines can need completely different covers. We pattern to your exact model, year, and configuration — including a T-top, hard-top, or windshield if your boat has one — for a clean fit, even on older Pro-Line hulls.
Each cover is crafted from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric chosen to handle sun, salt, and humidity without fading or cracking. Reinforced stitching, tailored seams, and secure tie-downs keep it snug and quiet on the road, while a water-repellent finish helps rain and spray run off instead of soaking through.

We make custom covers across Pro-Line's broad lineup — center consoles, walkarounds (such as the 22 and 29), dual consoles, the 23 Sport, and express models like the 32. Tell us your model, year, and top configuration and we'll match the right pattern.
Yes. Pro-Line has been building boats since 1968 and many older hulls are still fishing. We pattern covers for both current and older models — just give us your model and year and we'll match the correct fit.
It does. A walkaround cabin, T-top, hard-top, or windshield each changes the shape the cover must clear, and each takes a different pattern. Let us know your exact configuration and we'll build the cover to fit it.
