Choose Your Cover Fabric

7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.

9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.

Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.

Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions

The standard Bluewater 2350 cover is crafted from 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric — a heavy-duty polyester that resists UV degradation, mildew, and water penetration for 5 to 7 years. We also offer a premium Sunbrella acrylic option rated for 8 to 10 years. Both are solution-dyed, locking the color into the fiber during manufacturing for fade resistance that surface-dyed fabrics cannot match.
Yes. The Bluewater 2350 cover is pattern-cut to the boat's exact hull dimensions and T-Top frame. Reinforced cutouts fit snugly around the T-Top support legs, allowing the cover to wrap the hull below the hardtop. The T-Top roof stays exposed while everything underneath — console, seating, leaning post, rod holders, and livewells — is fully enclosed.
Installation takes one person under five minutes. Drape the cover over the hull beneath the T-Top hardtop, align the reinforced cutouts with the T-Top support legs, and secure the adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs along the rubrail. No tools or extra hands required.
Yes. The Bluewater 2350 cover is reinforced for trailering at highway speeds. The adjustable tie-down straps and hem cord keep the fabric taut and locked in place during transit, letting you tow your boat from the ramp to storage without removing the cover.
Yes. The cover creates a full barrier over the Bluewater 2350's cockpit, blocking UV rays, rain, salt spray, bird droppings, and airborne debris from reaching your helm electronics, GPS, fishfinder, seat cushions, and leaning post upholstery. The breathable fabric also prevents moisture and condensation from accumulating underneath.
Every Bluewater 2350 cover includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The 9oz solution-dyed fabric lasts 5 to 7 years under normal conditions, and the Sunbrella acrylic option extends that to 8 to 10 years.
The cover is water-resistant with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating that causes rain to bead and run off. It is breathable by design rather than fully waterproof, so moisture trapped beneath the cover can escape and mildew cannot take hold inside the Bluewater 2350's cockpit.
The cover fits all standard production years of the Bluewater 2350 equipped with a factory T-Top. Bluewater's Carolina-flare hull dimensions have remained consistent across production, so the cover delivers a precise custom fit regardless of model year.
The 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric is available in Navy, Black, and Charcoal. Upgrading to the Sunbrella acrylic option unlocks an expanded color palette with additional shades. All colors are solution-dyed to resist fading far longer than conventionally dyed fabrics.
Shipping is a $30 flat rate per cover to anywhere in the continental United States. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. The cover arrives in a compact folded package ready for easy storage.

Bluewater 2350 T-Top Boat Cover — Mid-Range Carolina Offshore, Locked Down

The Bluewater 2350 is a 25-foot-9-inch center console sportfishing boat that occupies the sweet spot in Bluewater’s Seminole, Florida lineup — big enough to handle serious offshore conditions yet compact enough to trailer behind a standard full-size truck. At 25’9″ LOA (with bracket) with an 8′ beam, a dry weight around 3,390 lbs, and a single outboard rated up to 300 HP fed by a 130-gallon fuel tank, the 2350 delivers the range and stability that offshore anglers need to reach distant ledges, wrecks, and reef systems. Like every hull in the Bluewater family, the 2350 features a Carolina-flare bow, hand-laid fiberglass construction, and a steep 24-degree deadrise that slices through head seas rather than pounding over them. The hull is NMMA-certified and drafts approximately 17 inches, giving the 2350 enough shallow-water access for inshore cuts while maintaining true offshore capability. Our custom-fitted T-Top cover for the Bluewater 2350 is pattern-cut to every contour of this mid-range Carolina hull, protecting the console, leaning post, seating, rod storage, and all cockpit surfaces from UV damage, salt corrosion, rain, and debris. Browse the full selection of center console boat covers to find protection for any hull in your fleet.

Tailored to the 2350’s Extended-Range Offshore Layout

This cover wraps beneath the T-Top hardtop and extends down to the rubrail on all sides, with reinforced cutouts that fit precisely around the T-Top support legs. The 2350’s 8′ beam and 130-gallon fuel capacity reflect Bluewater’s focus on building boats that go farther and stay longer, and the cover’s pattern is cut to follow that mid-range offshore layout without slack or excess material. The forward seating area, center console with helm station and electronics suite, leaning post, rod holders, livewells, and transom work area are all sealed beneath a taut, water-shedding canopy. Adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs lock the cover at the rubrail while a hem cord provides a continuous perimeter seal. One person can complete the full installation in under five minutes — drape, align the T-Top leg cutouts, cinch the straps, and walk away. The cover is reinforced for highway-speed trailering, keeping the 2350 protected whether it is heading to a local ramp or a distant offshore launching point. For the largest single-engine platform in the Bluewater lineup, see the Bluewater 2550 T-Top cover designed for the flagship offshore hull.

Protection That Matches Bluewater’s Offshore-First Design Philosophy

Bluewater designed the 2350 around that steep 24-degree deadrise for one reason — to give anglers a hull that handles rough water with confidence. The hand-laid fiberglass construction, Carolina-flare bow, and NMMA certification all point to a boat built for serious offshore duty where sun, salt, and weather punish every exposed surface. Our 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric is engineered for exactly that environment, delivering 5 to 7 years of UV resistance, water repellency, and mildew protection with double-stitched seams and UV-resistant thread throughout. For owners who want the longest possible protection cycle, the premium Sunbrella acrylic option extends service life to 8 to 10 years with identical breathable, solution-dyed construction. Every cover ships with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Helm electronics, fishfinders, GPS units, seat cushions, and gel coat all last measurably longer when shielded from the elements — this cover pays for itself by protecting the components that are most expensive to replace.
