7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.
9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.
Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.
Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.
*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions
The 155 is one of the smallest boats in the world built with EdgeWater's SPI vacuum-infused hull technology. At just 15 feet and 1,200 lbs, you get the same one-piece, foam-filled, unsinkable construction found in their 37-foot flagships. That's an extraordinary engineering commitment at this size class — most manufacturers reserve premium hull construction for larger, more expensive models.
Yes. Unlike T-Top covers that wrap below the hardtop, a center console cover envelops the entire boat from bow to stern including the outboard engine. The fabric extends past the transom and drapes over the engine cowling as one continuous piece. The lower unit and propeller remain visible below the fabric edge.
No. Our covers are designed for storage protection only — on a trailer at home, at a storage yard, or on a dock lift. The cover must be removed before trailering. At 1,200 lbs, the 155 is one of the easiest EdgeWater models to trailer, and the cover stores compactly in a cockpit locker or storage bag.
At 1,200 lbs dry (roughly 1,800-2,000 lbs loaded on a single-axle trailer), the 155 can be towed by most midsize SUVs, full-size trucks, and even some larger crossovers with proper tow ratings. This is one of the most tow-friendly boats EdgeWater makes — no heavy-duty truck required.
The 155CC has been succeeded by newer Heritage models in EdgeWater's lineup. However, the 155 established EdgeWater's reputation for bringing SPI hull technology to compact fishing boats, and many remain actively fished. Our cover patterns are maintained for all EdgeWater models regardless of production status.
The 155 and 158 are EdgeWater's two smallest center consoles at virtually the same length (15'0" vs 15'1") and identical 6'7" beam. The 155 carries a larger 35-gallon fuel tank and accommodates 7 persons versus the 158's 18 gallons and 6 persons. Both share the same SPI hull construction and compact fishing-focused layout.
For a trailered 155 stored outdoors, standard 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric at 5–7 years is excellent value. The compact 15-foot cover sees less wind stress than larger boats, so standard fabric holds up well. If you store the boat uncovered for extended periods in intense sun (South Florida, Texas coast), upgrading to Sunbrella acrylic adds 3–5 years of UV protection.
Our pattern is cut to the 155's factory specifications. Common aftermarket additions like rod holders, GPS units, trolling motor brackets, or fish finders mounted on the console may require minor pattern adjustments. Note these accessories during ordering so we can adjust the pattern — particularly anything that changes the console profile or adds height.
Rinse with fresh water after every saltwater outing or every two weeks during storage. Full wash with mild soap twice per season. Inspect tie-down straps and attachment points monthly. Check for chafing where the cover contacts hardware, cleats, and rod holders. Store the cover dry — never bundle a wet cover into a storage bag, as trapped moisture promotes mildew.
Standard open-mold fiberglass lays up resin by hand, leaving air pockets, inconsistent thickness, and excess weight. EdgeWater's SPI process vacuum-infuses resin into a closed mold, creating a one-piece hull with zero air pockets, perfectly distributed resin, and structural foam filling that makes the hull unsinkable. The result is a hull that's lighter, stronger, and more durable than conventional construction — even at 15 feet.
EdgeWater 155 Center Console Boat Cover
The EdgeWater 155 proves that SPI vacuum-infused hull technology belongs at every size — 15 feet of one-piece, foam-filled, unsinkable construction carrying up to 90 HP on a 6’7” beam. At 1,200 lbs dry with a 35-gallon fuel tank, this is the entry point to EdgeWater’s legendary build quality — a compact Heritage fishing machine that delivers the same structural integrity found in their 37-foot flagships. Wood-free construction, 316L stainless hardware, and the self-bailing cockpit that defines every EdgeWater hull.
A Perfect Fit center console cover protects the entire 155 — hull, console, electronics, cockpit, and outboard engine — in UV-resistant solution-dyed marine fabric. The full-wrap design extends from bow to stern and over the engine as one continuous piece, keeping every surface protected from sun, rain, salt spray, and debris during trailer storage or between outings.
Heritage Quality, Compact Size
A 15-foot boat that punches above its weight class deserves protection that matches the engineering underneath. Between fishing trips, the 155 sits on its trailer where UV, rain, pollen, and bird droppings work to degrade gel coat, fade console plastics, and corrode hardware. Our center console cover stops all of it. Browse our center console curtain options for on-water sun protection, or see the EdgeWater 158 center console cover — the next step up in the Heritage lineup. For the T-Top version, check the EdgeWater 200 T-Top cover.
