7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.
9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.
Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.
Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.
*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions
The 320 builds on the 318's proven 31'10" platform with 1,200 lbs of additional structure, a higher 700 HP max power rating (up from 600), refined deck layout with improved ergonomics, and upgraded standard features. The SPI hull remains the same one-piece vacuum-infused construction, but with enhancements based on years of owner feedback from the 318 program.
The additional 1,200 lbs comes from structural reinforcement in the transom area to support the higher 700 HP power rating, heavier-duty hardware throughout, upgraded console construction, and additional standard equipment that was optional on the 318. The extra weight also lowers the center of gravity, improving stability in offshore seas.
The 700 HP max rating supports configurations like twin Yamaha F350s or twin Mercury Verado 350s. Many owners run twin 300s (600 HP) for better fuel efficiency and lower maintenance costs. Our cover pattern accommodates both configurations — the engine wrap area is sized for the largest supported cowlings.
At efficient cruise speeds, the 300-gallon tank provides a working range of roughly 200+ nautical miles — enough for full-day runs to offshore canyons, distant reef systems, or multi-stop island-hopping without anxiety about fuel reserves. The cover protects all fuel system deck hardware between trips to keep the system reliable.
The 320 was succeeded by the current 325CC in EdgeWater's lineup. Like the 318 before it, the 320 has a strong following with hundreds of boats actively fished along the Atlantic seaboard and Gulf Coast. Our patterns are maintained indefinitely — the 320 gets the same custom-fit cover quality as any current-production EdgeWater.
Most 320 owners use marina slips with dock lifts, fixed wet slips with fender protection, or dry stack storage at marina facilities. The 10'2" beam makes highway trailering impractical without oversize permits. Our cover is designed for all three storage configurations, with tie-down hardware appropriate for each setup's specific wind exposure and access requirements.
The T-Top cover wraps over the entire console structure including the walk-in door. The pattern accounts for the console's specific dimensions, door hardware, and any helm-mounted electronics. The cover's access points are positioned so you can open the console door for ventilation without removing the entire cover.
Yes. Despite sharing the same LOA and beam dimensions, the 320 has a different deck layout, console shape, hardware placement, and transom configuration to support the higher HP rating. Each model gets its own pattern — we never use a 318 pattern on a 320 or vice versa.
EdgeWater's gel coat finish is one of the most visible quality indicators on the boat. Consistent UV protection prevents oxidation, chalking, and color fading that make even a well-maintained boat look old. Owners who consistently cover their boats report gel coat that looks near-new after 5+ years, while uncovered boats in the same marina show visible degradation within 2–3 seasons.
The 340 jumps to a 34'11" platform with a 10'6" beam, 340-gallon fuel tank, and triple outboard capacity up to 900 HP. It's a fundamentally different class of boat — the 340 is built for extended offshore expeditions where the 320's range and power aren't sufficient. The 320 remains the more manageable option for most owners.
EdgeWater 320 T-Top Boat Cover
The EdgeWater 320 is the refined evolution of the 318 that established EdgeWater’s reputation in the bluewater center console market — same proven 31’10” LOA and 10’2” beam, now with a 700 HP max power rating, enhanced structural reinforcement, and a deck layout refined by years of offshore fishing feedback. The 300-gallon fuel tank, deep-V hull with aggressive deadrise, and SPI vacuum-infused one-piece construction give the 320 the range and seakeeping to run 100+ miles offshore with confidence. At 7,700 lbs dry, this is a purpose-built bluewater machine.
A Perfect Fit T-Top cover protects the 320’s full investment — tournament livewells, oversized fish boxes, rigging stations, walk-in console, helm electronics, and both outboard engines — in UV-resistant solution-dyed marine fabric. Patterned specifically for the 320’s deck layout and 700 HP-rated transom, our cover delivers the same precision fit that serious offshore anglers expect from everything on their boat.
The 320 was built for owners who put real offshore miles on their boats — and that kind of use demands protection that keeps pace. Salt spray at 40 knots, subtropical UV exposure, and the corrosive marine environment take a measurable toll on unprotected gel coat, electronics, and engine hardware. Our T-Top cover eliminates that damage window, keeping the 320 in launch-ready condition between trips.
