Frequently Asked Questions
The Freeman 35 catamaran center console with a T-top. It's a different pattern from the Freeman 29 (about 30'5" with a 10' beam) and the Freeman 38 (about 37'2"–37'8"), so the covers aren't interchangeable.
This pattern is cut to leave openings for the T-top frame and its supports to the leaning post, so it needs a T-top in place to fit and shed water properly. If your 35 has no T-top, contact us before ordering.

No. The cover is designed for storage only — on a trailer, lift, dry stack, or at the dock. Towing with it installed can damage the cover and voids the warranty, so take it off before you hit the road.
Materials and workmanship are covered for 1 year, and the fabric carries its own warranty (3 years on 7oz and 5 years on 9oz). Every cover is made to order, so please allow 1–3 weeks; shipping is a $30 flat rate within the continental US.

Freeman 35 T-Top Boat Cover — Custom-Fit for the Freeman 35 Offshore Catamaran
The Freeman 35 is a twin-hull offshore center console from Freeman Boatworks, marketed as a high-performance catamaran for long runs to the fishing grounds. It measures about 35′ overall with a beam of roughly 11′ to 11’6″ (sources differ), carries 510 gallons of fuel and 26 gallons of fresh water, and is rigged with twin outboards — a recent build was set up with twin Yamaha 450s. One dealer lists a dry weight of about 11,000 lb. Standard fishing features on current boats include a custom molded fiberglass leaning post with a rear seat, a 136-quart split cooler aft that doubles as seating, two 40-gallon in-deck livewells, dual 70-gallon pressurized transom livewells, an 850-quart insulated coffin box and a 400-quart below-deck fish box; the T-top frame (with supports to the leaning post) and outriggers are options. This T-Top cover is patterned for the Freeman 35 with its T-top, and like all of our Freeman boat covers, it’s cut to this twin-hull boat rather than a generic 35-foot size chart.
How It Fits the Freeman 35
The cover runs up to the underside of the T-top and wraps around the frame legs — including the supports that tie into the leaning post — then drapes forward over the console and the big coffin box to the catamaran’s broad bow, and aft over the leaning post, the split cooler seat and the transom livewells, continuing over both outboards as one piece. The T-top roof stays exposed. Because a cat holds its full beam well forward, the pattern is cut wide at the bow instead of tapering like a V-hull cover. On a boat this size, installing is easiest with two people: drape it bow to stern, run the hem cord along the rubrail, and cinch the adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs. It’s made for storage on a trailer, lift, dry stack, or at the dock — take it off before towing, since trailering with the cover on can damage it and voids the warranty.
