7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.
9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.
Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.
Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.
*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Grady White 208 Adventure T-Top cover is available in three fabric options: 9oz solution-dyed polyester for heavy-duty everyday protection, a lighter 7oz polyester for budget-friendly coverage, and premium Sunbrella acrylic for maximum UV resistance and longevity. Solution-dyed fabric has the color built into each fiber, so it resists fading and won't transfer dye onto your 208's gelcoat or upholstery.
Yes. The cover is pattern-cut specifically for the 208 Adventure, with reinforced cutouts that wrap around the T-Top legs while the hardtop stays exposed above. It drapes over the raised cabin top, the forward walkaround decks and bow rail, the helm and companion seating, and the aft cockpit, following the lines of the walkaround layout rather than a generic center console shape.
Installation takes under five minutes and can be done by one person. Drape the cover over the 208 Adventure from bow to stern, guide the cutouts around the T-Top legs, run the hem cord along the rubrail, and cinch down the adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs. No tools or snaps are required.
No — please remove the cover before towing your Grady White 208 Adventure. Our covers are not designed to be trailered: towing with the cover on can cause severe damage to the cover and voids the warranty. The cover is designed for storage only — on a trailer, boat lift, dry stack, or jet dock — and comes off in minutes at the ramp.
Yes. While your 208 Adventure is stored, the cover creates a complete barrier over the helm electronics, seating, cabin hatch, and cockpit — blocking UV rays, rain, salt spray, bird droppings, and pollen. Keeping the helm and upholstery covered between trips is one of the easiest ways to protect your investment.
Your Grady White 208 Adventure cover is backed by our manufacturer's warranty for the original purchaser. Materials and workmanship — stitching, straps, buckles, zippers, and other hardware — are covered for 1 year from the purchase date. Fabric is covered for 3 years on 7oz, 5 years on black or navy 9oz, and 6 years on Sunbrella. Covered defects are repaired or replaced after you contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The warranty does not cover improper use, accident or negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper care, mold or mildew, incorrectly placed orders, theft or loss, or acts of God — and traveling with the cover on or using it in the water voids the warranty. See our Warranty page for full details.
The cover is highly water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. All fabrics carry a DWR (durable water repellent) finish that sheds rain and spray while staying breathable, so moisture doesn't get trapped underneath. That breathability helps keep condensation from building up on the upholstery and inside the cabin area.
This cover is patterned for the standard production Grady-White Adventure 208 walkaround with the factory T-Top. It is a different pattern from the older Grady-White 20 Adventure. If your 208 Adventure has aftermarket additions like outriggers, a taller T-Top, or extra rod holders on the top, contact us before ordering so we can confirm fit.
The 208 Adventure cover is available in 9oz solution-dyed polyester in Navy or Black, 7oz polyester in Black, or premium Sunbrella acrylic in Marine Blue, Black, or Smoke. Choose your fabric and color in the order options above.
Shipping is a $30 flat rate per cover within the continental United States. Because every cover is custom-made to order, please allow 1–3 weeks for your 208 Adventure cover to be made and shipped — you'll receive tracking information as soon as it leaves our facility.

Grady White 208 Adventure T-Top Boat Cover — Walkaround Protection for Grady-White’s Compact Cabin Boat
The Grady-White Adventure 208 packs a true walkaround cabin into a trailer-friendly 20’4″ hull — an 8’1″ beam, roughly 2,900 lbs dry, an 82-gallon fuel tank, and up to 250 HP from a single four-stroke outboard. Underneath is Grady-White’s SeaV² hull by C. Raymond Hunt Associates, which starts at 18 degrees of deadrise at the transom and sharpens progressively toward the bow, so the 208 slices through an inlet chop instead of pounding over it. Grady-White has been building boats in Greenville, North Carolina since 1959, and the Adventure 208 carries that fit and finish into one of the brand’s most compact cabin models — a lockable cuddy with a vee berth for two, a plumbed livewell, and walkaround decks that let you fish all the way to the bow. Like all of our Grady-White boat covers, this one is patterned to the 208 itself, not stretched from a generic size chart.
Tailored to the 208’s Walkaround Cuddy Layout
A walkaround is harder to cover than an open center console — the raised cabin top, the narrow side decks, and the bow rail all have to be accounted for. This cover is pattern-cut to wrap cleanly around the T-Top legs and drape over the cabin top, the forward walkaround decks, the helm and companion seats, the aft cockpit seating, the livewell, and the insulated fish box, while the hardtop stays exposed above. Installation takes under five minutes solo — drape it from bow to stern, run the hem cord along the rubrail, and cinch the adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs. The cover is built for storage on a trailer, boat lift, dry stack, or jet dock. Remove the cover before towing — it’s designed for storage, not travel, and towing with it on voids the warranty. With just 15 inches of draft, the 208 launches easily at shallow ramps. Stepping up to a bigger Grady-White walkaround? See the Grady White 228 Seafarer T-Top cover.
Protection That Matches Grady-White Quality
Choose 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric for heavy-duty everyday protection with a 5–7 year service life, a lighter 7oz fabric for budget-friendly coverage, or premium Sunbrella acrylic for 8–10 years of fade-resistant protection. Every option is water-repellent, breathable, mildew-resistant, and double-stitched at the seams to stand up to salt spray, summer storms, and relentless sun on the 208’s upholstery, helm electronics, and gelcoat. Each cover is backed by our warranty (1 year on materials and workmanship, plus 3–6 years on the fabric) and ships for a $30 flat rate within the US — because every cover is made to order, please allow 1–3 weeks.
