The Key West 291 FS is the flagship of the entire Family Sportsman lineup — a 29-foot deep-V center console with twin outboard power up to 800 HP, a 200-gallon fuel tank, and every offshore feature Key West builds. Our custom-fitted T-Top cover wraps the entire hull below the hardtop — the center console, convertible lounge, full-width bench seat, gunwales, fish box, and twin outboard engines — while leaving the fiberglass T-Top fully exposed above. At 29 feet 1 inch long with a 9-foot-8-inch beam and 6,100 pounds dry, the 291 FS is the biggest center console Key West makes in the FS family, and our cover is pattern-cut to match every curve.
The T-Top’s support legs pass through fitted cutouts in the cover fabric, creating a clean transition between the covered hull and the exposed hardtop. The cover slopes downward from the T-Top frame, draping smoothly to the bow and stern. At the stern, the fabric extends past the transom to fully enclose both outboard engines. A hem cord cinches along the rubrail while the bottom edge reaches nearly to the waterline.

The 291 FS runs twin outboards up to 400 HP each, and our cover is designed to enclose both engines completely. The fabric wraps past the transom and around both powerheads in one continuous piece. For the 291 FS’s size, we recommend two people for installation — it takes about 20 minutes to thread the T-Top legs through the cutouts, drape from bow to stern, and secure the straps.
