Choose Your Cover Fabric

7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.

9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.

Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.

Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions

The NauticStar 1810 (also called the 1810 NauticBay) is a versatile center console bay vessel ideal for freshwater fishing, saltwater bay fishing, and day-cruising. At 18 feet 2 inches LOA and 1,275 pounds dry weight, it offers excellent fuel efficiency, shallow draft (11 inches minimum), and stable handling in lakes, bays, and coastal shallows.
The 1810 comes standard with a Mercury 115 Optimax outboard engine (115 HP) that delivers a top speed of 47 mph and a comfortable cruising speed of 35 mph. The 31-gallon fuel capacity provides excellent range for a full day of fishing or exploration without frequent refueling.
The NauticStar 1810 has a 31-gallon fuel capacity, which—combined with the efficient 115 HP Mercury Optimax engine—provides an excellent range for a full day of bay fishing or cruising. At cruising speeds of 35 mph, you can cover significant distances on a single tank.
The NauticStar 1810 has a minimum draft of 0 feet 11 inches (11 inches), making it ideal for shallow-water fishing and day-cruising in bays, rivers, and coastal flats. This shallow draft allows access to areas that deeper-draft boats cannot reach.
The cover includes solution-dyed marine fabric, reinforced stitching, adjustable tie-down straps secured at the gunwale, a reinforced hem cord that cinches at the rubrail, and a protective carry bag for off-season storage. Installation hardware is included; no additional tools are required.
Yes. This is a full mooring cover that drapes from bow to stern, rising over the center console and engine area. The fabric flows continuously without interruption, protecting the entire boat—console, windscreen, seating, electrical systems, and outboard engine—from sun, rain, salt spray, and weathering.
The solution-dyed marine fabric is water-repellent, shedding rain and spray while resisting UV damage for 5–7 years. The reinforced hem cord cinches tightly at the rubrail to prevent water pooling and wind lift. Adjustable tie-downs secure the cover even in gusty conditions, and proper ventilation under the cover prevents mold and mildew buildup.
We recommend removing the cover before trailering to avoid wind-driven wear and snagging. If you need temporary coverage during a short haul, ensure all tie-downs and the hem cord are secured tightly. For extended storage or off-season protection, use the included carry bag.
Solution-dyed marine fabric offers 5–7 years of reliable protection with proper care. Annual rinses with fresh water to remove salt and debris, air-drying before storage, and protection from direct sunlight during the off-season will maximize the cover’s lifespan. Sunbrella acrylic upgrades extend durability to 8–10 years for high-UV or harsh-climate environments.
The 1810 is perfect for bay and shallow-water anglers who prioritize shallow draft and fuel economy. The 19 XS is smaller and lighter (1,900 lbs vs. 1,275 lbs), while the 210 and 211 Angler models are larger 21-foot platforms with more fishing amenities. All are crafted from the same premium solution-dyed marine fabric and backed by Perfect Fit’s premium fit guarantee.

NauticStar 1810 Center Console Boat Cover — Bay Boat Protection

The NauticStar 1810 (NauticBay) represents the sweet spot for bay anglers and day-cruisers who demand shallow-draft access, fuel efficiency, and premium construction. Built in Amory, Mississippi using NauticStar’s proprietary 100% wood-free composite hull technology, the 1810 eliminates the rot, blistering, and structural degradation that plague wooden and traditional hull designs. At 18 feet 2 inches LOA, 7 feet 8 inches beam, and just 1,275 pounds dry weight, the 1810 offers exceptional maneuverability, with a minimum draft of only 11 inches—perfect for exploring shallow bays, river systems, and coastal flats where deeper boats cannot venture.

This center console cover is engineered to fit the 1810’s compact footprint perfectly. It’s a full mooring cover that rises from the bow, climbs over the center console, and descends in one continuous slope to the stern. The solution-dyed marine fabric protects the 115 HP Mercury Optimax engine, console, windscreen, upholstery, and electrical systems from salt spray, UV rays, rain, and oxidation. Whether your 1810 is used for tournament fishing, casual bay exploration, or weekend family outings, this cover preserves the boat’s finish, hardware, and structural integrity during storage and idle periods.
