7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.
9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.
Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.
Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.
*The warranty periods above are provided by the fabric manufacturer and cover the material itself. For details on what’s included in the warranty for your completed cover, please see our warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions
The 210 adds 4 inches of length (21' vs 20'8") and roughly 345 lbs of dry weight (2,595 vs 2,250 lbs) while keeping the same 8'4" beam and 200 HP rating. That extra weight comes from a more robust hull structure that improves ride quality in chop. Our T-Top cover is sized specifically for the 210's longer hull profile.
The 210 is excellent for inshore work. With a 12-inch draft, you can access shallow flats, oyster bars, and grass beds where redfish and trout feed. The 21-foot length gives you more stability than smaller bay boats, and the 61-gallon fuel tank provides all-day range without refueling. Sea Pro designs these hulls specifically for the demands of bay fishing.
The 210 is rated for up to 200 HP outboard. This pushes the 2,595-lb hull to comfortable cruise speeds of 30-34 knots. Many owners find 150-175 HP provides excellent performance with better fuel economy. Either way, our T-Top cover accommodates all engine configurations and protects your motor well and transom area.
The 210 is primarily a bay boat, but the modified-vee hull handles 2-3 foot seas on calm days when conditions are right. It's not a dedicated offshore platform—if you regularly fish more than 10 miles out, consider the Sea Pro 219 or 239 with deeper deadrise and higher horsepower ratings. For occasional nearshore runs, the 210 is capable and comfortable.
The 210 is rated for 7 persons. That's comfortable for family outings or multi-angler fishing trips on protected waters. The layout maximizes usable deck space, and Sea Pro's standard equipment includes enough rod holders and seating to keep everyone productive. Our cover protects all that seating and hardware from sun damage between trips.
Our cover is custom-fitted to the Sea Pro 210's factory T-Top frame dimensions. If you've added aftermarket accessories like outriggers, additional rocket launchers, or spreader lights, contact us before ordering so we can verify clearance. Minor additions usually aren't an issue, but significant modifications may require custom adjustments.
Our 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric offers 5-7 years of solid UV and water protection at a more accessible price. Sunbrella acrylic is the premium choice—8-10 years of durability with superior fade resistance. If your Sea Pro 210 sits in direct sunlight year-round, Sunbrella is worth the investment. For covered or seasonal storage, 9oz performs excellently.
Rinse with fresh water after saltwater trips and let it air-dry completely before folding. Store in a breathable bag in a dry location—never stuff a damp cover into a sealed container. For mildew spots, use mild soap and a soft brush. Both fabric options resist mold, but proper care in humid coastal environments extends cover life significantly.
We back our 9oz solution-dyed fabric with a 5-year warranty and Sunbrella acrylic with an 8-year warranty. Both cover manufacturing defects including seam failures and fabric splitting under normal use. Normal wear from UV exposure, weather aging, and improper storage isn't covered—that's expected over time. We stand behind every cover we ship.
Step up to the Sea Pro 219 T-Top cover (21'9", 250 HP) for the top of the Mid Bay lineup with more power and fuel capacity. Or jump to the 235 (23'5", 300 HP) in our Large Bay family for serious offshore-capable bay fishing. Every cover is custom-patterned to that specific Sea Pro hull—no generic fits.
Sea Pro 210 T-Top Boat Cover
The Sea Pro 210 is the largest of the Mid Bay center consoles that still runs on a single 200 HP outboard—a 21-foot platform that balances range, stability, and shallow-water access in one proven package. Sea Pro has been building boats like this since the Hancock family founded the company in Newberry, South Carolina in 1989. When the brand relaunched in 2015 with Jimmy Hancock and Preston Wrenn at the helm, the mid-size bay boats were refined with 3D CAD-designed hulls and modern construction techniques while keeping what made them successful: fish-ready layouts, smart standard equipment, and competitive pricing. At 2,595 lbs with an 8’4” beam, 61-gallon tank, and room for 7 people, the 210 is the choice for anglers who want more boat than the 208 without jumping to a 250 HP platform. Our custom T-Top cover wraps the hull below the hardtop frame, protecting gel coat, hardware, and interior from the UV, salt, and moisture that accelerate wear on uncovered boats.
The 210’s foam-filled fiberglass hull features a modified-vee design tuned for bay conditions—flat water efficiency, shallow draft (12 inches), and stable performance in light chop. Sea Pro’s standard equipment package eliminates the “options inflation” you find at other builders: livewells, rod storage, fishfinder-ready console, and comfortable seating are all included. Your T-Top cover is engineered to the 210’s exact hull dimensions and T-Top frame, with reinforced double-stitched seams, rubrail hem cord, and tie-down straps that keep everything taut. Choose between 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric (5–7 years) or premium Sunbrella acrylic (8–10 years), both UV-resistant, water-repellent, and mold-resistant. Two people can deploy or stow the cover in under five minutes.
Mid Bay Capability & Value
The Sea Pro 210 represents outstanding value in the 21-foot bay boat class. Its CAD-optimized hull delivers fuel efficiency that stretches your 61-gallon tank across full-day fishing trips, and the 12-inch draft opens up skinny water that larger boats can’t reach. Whether you’re poling grass flats for redfish or running the Intracoastal to your favorite oyster bar, the 210 handles it with confidence. A properly fitted T-Top cover is essential for preserving your boat’s finish, electronics, and upholstery—especially in the humid Southeast where mold and UV damage can degrade exposed surfaces in a single season. Investing in quality cover protection now saves thousands in repair and replacement costs down the road.
