Choose Your Cover Fabric

7 oz. Polyester — Our entry-level marine cover fabric, woven from 100% polyester fiber at a 7 oz. per linear yard weight. This lighter option keeps the cover manageable for solo handling while still delivering reliable protection against sun, rain, and debris. Backed by a 3-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black.

9 oz. Polyester — Step up to our heavy-duty polyester, engineered at 9 oz. per linear yard for boats that face tougher conditions or extended outdoor storage. The denser weave adds an extra layer of defense against abrasion and weather without adding unnecessary bulk. Protected by a 5-year fabric warranty. Ships in Navy or Black.

Sunbrella® — For boaters who want the best, our Sunbrella covers use 100% solution-dyed acrylic — the same fabric trusted by marine professionals worldwide. Naturally resistant to fading, mold, and water damage, Sunbrella holds its color and integrity season after season. Covered by a 6-year fabric warranty. Ships in Black, Smoke, or Marine Blue.

Both polyester options feature solution-dyed construction, where pigment is infused into each fiber during production rather than applied to the surface afterward. This process locks color deep into the material, preventing any dye transfer to your boat’s gel coat or finish. The result is a cover that stays vibrant without bleeding or rubbing off. Our polyester is also designed to breathe — it allows moisture trapped underneath to vent out naturally, reducing the risk of mildew and keeping your boat dry. The fabric holds its form without sagging or stretching over time, stays lightweight enough for one person to handle, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure and harsh marine weather.

Frequently Asked Questions

The standard cover for the Trophy 1901 is made from 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric — a tightly woven polyester that resists UV fading, mildew, and water penetration for 5 to 7 years of reliable service. We also offer a premium Sunbrella acrylic option rated for 8 to 10 years. Both fabrics are solution-dyed, meaning the pigment is embedded in the fiber during manufacturing rather than applied to the surface, which delivers superior fade resistance over time.
The Trophy 1901 is a center console without a T-Top, so the cover drapes over the entire hull from bow to stern. The center console acts as the high point, creating a peaked tent-like shape that sheds rain and debris naturally. The cover secures at the rubrail with adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs that hold the fabric taut across the gunwales.
Installation takes one person under five minutes. Unfold the cover, drape it over the center console and hull, pull the edges down to the rubrail on both sides, and secure the adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs. No tools or additional hardware are required.
Yes. The Trophy 1901 cover is reinforced for trailering at highway speeds. The adjustable tie-down straps and hem cord keep the fabric taut and secure during transport, so you can tow your 1901 directly from the ramp to the driveway without removing the cover.
Yes. The cover creates a complete barrier over the Trophy 1901's entire cockpit, shielding your helm electronics, GPS, fishfinder, seat cushions, and rod holders from UV rays, rain, salt spray, bird droppings, and airborne debris. The breathable fabric prevents condensation buildup that can damage sensitive electronics.
Every Trophy 1901 cover ships with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The 9oz solution-dyed fabric is engineered for 5 to 7 years of service life, and the Sunbrella acrylic option is rated for 8 to 10 years — well beyond the warranty period.
The Trophy 1901 cover is water-resistant with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish that causes rain and spray to bead up and roll off. It is intentionally breathable rather than fully waterproof — this allows trapped moisture and humidity to escape, preventing mildew growth and condensation that can damage your 1901's interior surfaces and electronics.
The cover is designed to fit all standard production years of the Trophy 1901 with the factory center console hull configuration. Trophy produced boats under the Bayliner umbrella from the 1990s through 2009 and relaunched in 2019, and the 1901's core hull dimensions have remained consistent across production runs.
The 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric is available in Navy, Black, and Charcoal. If you upgrade to the Sunbrella acrylic option, you'll have access to an expanded color palette with additional shades and accent colors. All colors are solution-dyed for superior fade resistance compared to surface-dyed alternatives.
Shipping is a $30 flat rate per cover to anywhere in the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. The cover arrives folded in a compact package that's easy to store until your next trip to the water.

Trophy 1901 Center Console Boat Cover — Affordable Bay Fishing Protection

The Trophy 1901 is a 19-foot center console bay skiff that earned its reputation as one of the most capable inshore fishing platforms in its price class. Originally built under the Bayliner umbrella beginning in the 1990s and continuing through 2009 before relaunching in 2019, the Trophy line has always focused on delivering serious fishing capability without the premium price tag. At 19′ LOA with an 8′ beam, a dry weight around 2,000 lbs, and a 50-gallon fuel tank feeding up to 150 horsepower, the 1901 is purpose-built for running shallow bays, tidal creeks, and nearshore structure. Its 17-degree deadrise provides a stable ride in light chop while keeping the draft around 13 inches for skinny-water access. Our custom-fitted center console cover for the Trophy 1901 is pattern-cut to the exact dimensions of this hull, creating a tent-like protective canopy over the console, helm station, rod holders, and all interior surfaces. Whether your 1901 sits on a trailer between weekend runs or stays at the dock all season, this cover shields everything from UV damage, salt spray, rain, and debris. Explore the full lineup of Perfect Fit Boat Covers to find custom protection for any boat in your fleet.

Tailored to the 1901’s Open Bay Skiff Layout

Because the Trophy 1901 is a center console without a T-Top, the cover drapes over the entire hull from bow to stern, using the center console itself as the high point to create a peaked tent-like shape that sheds water naturally. The cover sits flush against the rubrail and secures with adjustable strap-and-buckle tie-downs that hold the fabric taut across the gunwales. The 1901’s forward casting platform, center console with helm electronics, leaning post, transom livewell, and all cockpit surfaces are fully enclosed beneath the cover. One person can install it in under five minutes — unfold, drape over the console, pull the edges down to the rubrail, and strap down. The 1901 is a popular trailering boat thanks to its manageable 2,000-lb dry weight, and the cover is fully reinforced for highway-speed towing so you can keep it protected on every trip. If you fish a T-Top-equipped Trophy, take a look at the Trophy 1903 T-Top cover for the upgraded deep-V platform in the same size class.

Protection That Matches Trophy’s Value-Driven Engineering

Trophy built the 1901 to deliver maximum fishing capability per dollar — fiberglass construction, a reliable outboard platform, and a layout that punches above its weight class for inshore work. Your cover should deliver the same kind of value. Our 9oz solution-dyed marine fabric provides 5 to 7 years of UV resistance, water repellency, and mildew protection with double-stitched seams and UV-resistant thread at every junction. For owners who want extended service life, our premium Sunbrella acrylic option is rated for 8 to 10 years with the same breathable, solution-dyed construction that prevents moisture buildup underneath. Every cover ships with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. The 1901’s gel coat, console electronics, seat cushions, and rod holders all degrade faster when exposed to sun and salt — this cover keeps them looking and performing like new season after season.
