Custom Fit Boat Covers for Sailfish Boats

Our Sailfish boat covers are custom-patterned for your exact model — from the 232, 252, and 272 center consoles to the 245 and 276 dual consoles. Sailfish builds its boats in Cairo, Georgia around the Variable Degree Stepped (VDS) hull, a three-surface bottom designed for a soft, dry, stable ride offshore. Because that hull and each deck layout are unique, a generic cover won’t sit right — ours follow your boat’s lines for full coverage of the console, helm, and seating. Every cover is made in the USA from marine-grade, water-repellent fabric.

Sailfish Boat Cover Features and Benefits

Custom Fit for Sailfish Models:

Every Sailfish cover is custom-patterned to your exact model and year — center console or dual console — and tailored around the console, leaning post, T-top, and bow seating so it follows the VDS hull's lines without flapping or pooling.

Premium Marine Fabric:

Built from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric, our covers stand up to the sun, salt, and humidity Sailfish boats run in offshore — resisting fading, mildew, and cracking season after season.

All-Weather Protection:

On the trailer, at the dock, or in storage, your cover shields the helm, electronics, and upholstery from UV, rain, dust, and bird droppings, keeping your Sailfish ready to fish and protecting its value.

Ease of Use:

Reinforced tie-downs and a snug, tailored cut keep the cover secure and quiet — even at highway tow speed or in a coastal breeze. Proudly custom-made in the USA.

About Sailfish Boats

Sailfish Boats has built saltwater fishing boats in Cairo, Georgia since 1986. The brand is known for its Variable Degree Stepped (VDS) hull — a running surface with three different deadrise angles (roughly 24°, 23°, and 22°) engineered to combine a soft entry, a friction-reducing mid-section, and a stable, level ride at rest. Today’s lineup is built around center consoles and dual consoles from the low 20s to 36 feet, all designed for a dry, comfortable ride offshore.

Why Protect Your Sailfish with a Custom Cover?

Saltwater fishing boats spend their downtime exposed to UV, salt air, rain, and pollen that fade gelcoat, stain upholstery, and wear on electronics. A properly fitted cover shields the helm, seating, and rigging whether your Sailfish is on the trailer, at the slip, or in seasonal storage — helping preserve both its condition and its resale value.

Custom-Fit vs. Generic Covers

A universal cover sits loose, traps moisture, and flaps in the wind, chafing gelcoat and loosening fasteners at highway speed. Our Sailfish covers are custom-patterned to your specific model and year for a snug, tailored fit that sheds water and stays put.

Center Console or Dual Console — Fit to Your Layout

Sailfish splits its lineup between center consoles and dual consoles, and the two need very different covers. A center console cover is cut for the open bow, leaning post, and T-top, while a dual console cover accounts for the windshield, helm pods, and walk-through. We pattern to your exact configuration so the cover fits the boat you actually own.

Features of Our Sailfish Boat Covers

Each cover is crafted from marine-grade, UV-resistant fabric chosen to handle sun, salt, and humidity without fading or cracking. Reinforced stitching, tailored seams, and secure tie-downs keep it snug and quiet, while a water-repellent finish helps rain and spray run off instead of soaking through.
